Integrity Eye was founded in North San Diego County over 35 years ago as Hidden Valley Eye Associates. Dr. Howard Krausz, MD, PhD opened his practice with the goal of providing the highest quality patient centered care. Since then Integrity Eye Associates has evolved, but we have not forgotten our core principles. We provide comprehensive eyecare for conditions such as glaucoma, diabetes, and macular degeneration. We are leaders in cataract surgery and other advanced surgeries such as corneal transplants, refractive surgery, and complex eyelid surgery. We only make diagnostic and treatment recommendations based on accepted standards of care, not anticipated insurance or patient payments. Our goal is to work collaboratively with our patients, educating them about possible medical and surgical treatments, while respecting and encouraging their ability to make their own choices...
