LIFEKour Academy at Eudaimonia is more than just a cool Ninja Warrior/Parkour/Aerial movement gym; it's a space where children thrive with our innovative approach incorporating Neuro-Somatic Integration (NSI). A child's physical and neurological development are deeply interconnected, and we incorporate NSI into almost every activity to ensure holistic growth... LIFEKour's use of Neuro-Somatic Integration in our programs ensures that children develop physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially. By focusing on the connection between the brain and body, we provide kids with the tools they need to navigate the complexities of life with confidence, resilience, and joy... We use fun, neurologically stimulating, natural movement to help people feel good and do what they most desire! Each of our Coaches has a love for movement and their own unique passion and experience to share with others. LIFEKour Academy is a program of Eudaimonia Human Flourishing Center.
