CHIA LIAO

Chia has a great passion for massage and the how the human body works. While he was working as a body worker, he had been a peer tutor during his RMT study at Langara College, recognized for his academic excellence, and would like to utilize the knowledge and techniques learned in his practice. Chia has treated a wide range of conditions such as fibromyalgia, muscle injury, post-polio, nerve injury, Bell's palsy, scoliosis, and many more. Chia is a father of one and loves to spend time with family outside of work. Chia used to play badminton and basketball competitively in leagues and tournaments. Right now he enjoys playing golf with family and friends. As a person who also loves receiving a massage treatment on a regular basis, Chia understands the importance of one's massage experience, and is dedicated to leave clients smiling after each session.

Daniel Fan

Originally born and raised in Shanghai China, Daniel went to Canada in 2018 and has completed a Bachelor degree in Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia (UBC). Daniel joins the team not only as the office administrator but also as our new kinesiologist. Daniel has obtained extensive experience in injury rehabilitation after spending 5 years of working with UBC Men's soccer team, the best university soccer program in Canada. Outside Locus Health, Daniel is not only a national licensed soccer coach but also works as the assistant fitness coach for Vancouver FC, the newly established professional soccer club. He specializes in post-MVA rehabilitation and currently holds the certificate of Functional Movement Screen (FMS level 1) and the specialization in corrective exercise.

Dr. Michael Horowitz

Dr. Michael Horowitz Is A Graduate Of The Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. He Also Holds A Degree In Biology And Kinesiology From York University With An Emphasis On Fitness Assessment And Exercise Counseling. He Is A Chiropractor In Good Standing With The Canadian And BC Chiropractic Associations. Dr. Horowitz Places Emphasis On Biomechanics While Treating The Source, Not Just The Symptoms. He Combines Custom Orthotic Therapy, Chiropractic Manual Techniques, Nutritional Support, Stress Management, Soft Tissue Massage, And Spinal Adjustments Towards The Goal Of Freeing Up Stress To The Feet, Spine And Nervous System.

Maggie Deng

Maggie graduated from Vancouver Career College in 2017. She has experience in treating acute and chronic overuse injuries and injuries incurred from poor posture or long hours desk work by using Deep tissue, Myofascial and Trigger point release. Maggie is taking full time Acupuncture program now, which will be finished next year. She hopes to use the most suitable way to help patients back to their optimal health.
