Adele handles of a slew of administrative duties for Oakridge, including billing, accounts receivable, contracts, insurance certificates and notarizing. Before Oakridge, she had a career in the lumber industry. Her husband, Jim, is a project manager at another construction company; together they have two sons: Ben and Brendon. In her free time, Adele enjoys riding horses and practicing needlepoint. She also fancies playing card games with her 92-year-old mother - but she admits her mom always wins.
Angie provides clerical and administrative support for Oakridge's Union City office.

Heading up the southwest region for Oakridge, Eric is connected to most aspects of Oakridge's process in San Diego, LA and OC: working with sales staff, estimators and project managers on project bits, material orders and schedules, in addition to making bids, managing projects, attending meetings and overseeing the hiring process, marketing and customer relations.
Prior to his fulltime position at Oakridge, Eric was a framer in the construction industry, worked in his family's restaurant in Lake Tahoe and part-timed with Oakridge. Taken altogether, Eric's total time with the company comes to a full 27 years. He's married to his wife Andrea, with whom he has a son, Luca. When he's not dashing between job sites, Eric enjoys working out, martial arts, snowboarding, hiking and camping - but most of all, he enjoys spending time with his family.

As a project manager, Graig is a leader on Oakridge projects from start to finish: executing and monitoring plans, communicating with clients and ensuring a safe working environment for the team. He takes his responsibilities to the team seriously and has been certified in first aid and CPR. Before joining Oakridge, Graig worked as a carpenter. He works out of Oakridge's Pomona office, lives in Rancho Cucamonga and enjoys mountain biking, fishing and cooking in his free time.

Presiding over Oakridge's northwest operations from Oakridge's San Francisco office, Hector's responsibilities are myriad - including but not limited to managing sales and projects, estimating, scheduling, meeting with clients and problem solving. His background is in architectural design, oil refinery design and instrumental engineering. He has a Bachelor of Science in construction management and an Associate Degree in computer drafting and design. He is married, and lives with his wife in San Ramon. In his free time, he enjoys mountain biking and trying new foods.
Hector presides over Oakridge's northwest operations from Oakridge's San Francisco office. He manages sales, projects, estimating and client management.
For 21 years, Juan has ensured Oakridge's tools are in top shape and ready to get the job done. He also coordinates deliveries of tools and vehicles to project sites. Juan, who works out of Oakridge's Pomona location, is highly experienced at his trade. He came to Oakridge with prior experience in industrial flooring and equipment fabrication, added to his two decades in his present position. Juan lives in Rialto along with his wife, daughter and two sons.
Juan ensures Oakridge's tools are in top shape and ready to get the job done. He also coordinates deliveries of tools and vehicles to project sites.
Kelly helps keep things running smoothly at Oakridge's Southern California office as an administrative assistant specializing in human resources and payroll. She's been with Oakridge for four years, working as a union liaison officer and entering data for payroll and job cost reports. A Los Angeles resident, Kelly graduated from the University of California, Riverside with a Bachelor of Arts in English. When she's not crunching numbers, she's dancing as a company dancer with Te Varua Ori in Buena Park. She also loves a good book, her dog, cooking, hiking and generally seeking adventure.
Making sure Oakridge's Pomona office and company finances both are running smoothly, Kristine plays a critical role in keeping Oakridge going. She draws on experience as an administrative assistant at Huntington Hospital, and earned a Bachelor of Science in kinesiology from San Francisco State University. Outside of the office, she's a self-proclaimed member of the "cool mom's club." Married with two children - her daughter Leah and son Devin - she loves family outings, be it a beach day, a mountain adventure or just a relaxing day at the park. Lately, she's been working on her green thumb at home. Her current favorite plant is a thriving fiddle leaf fig that her daughter has affectionately named "Henry Belvenheimer."
Making sure Oakridge's Pomona office and company finances both are running smoothly, Kristine plays a critical role with Oakridge.
Larry is the founder, president and CEO but he isn't one to shy away from taking on his share of the work - and then some. For all of California and Reno, Nevada, Larry ensures Oakridge staff find a safe work environment, plans and forecasts Oakridge's primary markets, supervises all project managers and makes sure that every Oakridge job can be completed per its original schedule, on time and within budget.
Larry graduated from Glassboro State College - now Rowan University - with a Bachelor of Arts in marketing. Prior to founding Oakridge, Larry was a general manager, contractor, regional manager, salesman, marketing manager and sales coordinator at various businesses. His interests outside the industry include golf, muscle and foreign sports cars, boats, personal watercrafts and bikes.
With two decades of Oakridge experience under his belt, Manny handles scheduling and job logistics out of Oakridge's Union City office. Prior to joining Oakridge, Manny worked as a carpenter. Now, he lives in Patterson with his wife, Yasmina, and two sons, Danny and Michael. Outside of the office, he enjoys fishing and home improvement projects.

As Oakridge's senior estimator, Maria handles all manner of estimates, carefully assessing, budgeting, scheduling and monitoring each project - formulating cost breakdown and estimates for project progress as they evolve. She received a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from FEU East Asia College in the Philippines and was an estimator at a private firm in Canoga Park, Calif. She lives in West Covina with her husband Mark, and their five-year-old son, Urijah. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, camping, cycling, mountain biking, raising indoors plants, trying new food and all things Harry Potter.
Marvin's duties as a project manager include a bit of everything. He responds to bid invitations, attends job walks, creates floor plans, coordinates with clients, arranges schedules, directs installers and ensures customer satisfaction, just to name a few of his responsibilities. Marvin, who has a Bachelor of Science in construction management, earlier did highway and residential construction. He's married to his wife Andrea, and in his spare time, he enjoys frequent hikes and exercise, and journeys once a year to different parts of the world. Closer to home, he loves spending time with friends and relatives - ideally while watching Warriors basketball games.
Marvin's duties as a project manager include a bit of everything. He is involved in all parts of the flooring process.
Omar's job is all about quality - from keeping logs of activities and ensuring safety on the job site to scheduling crews and running quality control. He makes sure the job is done safely, on time and up to Oakridge's exceptional standards. Before joining Oakridge, Omar worked at other companies in the construction industry. These days, he is married with five children in Orange County and loves spending as much free time with his family as possible.
