PSYCHIATRIC SPECIALISTS OF OKLAHOMA

We are a board certified physician (MD/DO) only private practice. Our physicians have completed four years of standardized medical school accredited by the Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME), rigorous standardized testing known as the United States Medical Licensing Exam (USMLE) and another four years of residency specializing in the field of psychiatry accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME). This amounts to over 15,000 supervised clinical hours by board certified physicians during training. Our physicians must complete at least four years of residency in order to be granted the opportunity to take the board certification exam.
