Our primary aim is to give our service (EPCs and Floor Plans) to our customers directly, removing the outsourcing agents who charges a lot of commission for EPC and Floor Plans... We believe in getting paid after the survey. This leaves you risk free. £40 fixed fee for domestic EPCs up to 6 bedrooms is the cheapest you could get.
