Fisnik Salihu is a partner at RPHS Law, boasting a remarkable professional journey spanning over 15 years. Fisnik is a seasoned advisor on all legal aspects within the banking and financial sector, adeptly navigating complex regulatory landscapes and compliance challenges.
In addition to his advisory role, Fisnik holds the esteemed position of an arbitrator. He serves as an arbitrator with both the American Chamber of Commerce in Kosovo and the European Handball Federation Court of Arbitration in Vienna, Austria. Kaltrina was engaged in managing legal cases focused on energy law and project financing across a spectrum of banking and financial transaction facets serving prominent clientele from the US, Europe and Africa. Kaltrina runs the French desk at RPHS Law.

Kushtrim Palushi is a partner of RPHS Law, with over 10 years of professional experience.
His work is focused on advising multinational clients, on the areas of corporate, commercial and competition, administrative and regulatory issues, focusing on M&As, energy, privatisations, healthcare & pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, consumer protection, etc.
In addition, Kushtrim regularly assists domestic and international corporations in litigation and arbitration cases. Kushtrim has extensive experience in anti-corruption law, labour disputes and data protection.

Mentor Hajdaraj is a partner of RPHS Law, with over 17 years of professional experience. Mentor is specialised on contracts and commercial matters, data privacy, real estate and infrastructure, with a special focus on banking, finance and insurance. Mentor advises local and international clients in large and complex transactions, providing legal advice on all aspects of the banking, finance and insurance sector, including project finance, NPL, bankruptcy and reorganisation proceedings.
Mentor is an Arbitrator at American Chamber of Commerce in Kosovo, and a licensed Mediator, serving in numerous domestic and international arbitration and mediation cases.

Thomas Peschke specialises in the tax structuring of acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, private equity and real estate transactions as well as providing tax advice to family-owned businesses. He has experience working in the tax department of an international law firm as well as a boutique law firm that specialises primarily in transactions in the private equity sector. Thomas Peschke has extensive experience in the Ministry of Finance of Hamburg, at RPHS Law in Kosovo and at several regional courts and the public prosecutor's office. Thomas runs the German desk at RPHS Law.
Thomas Peschke recently published the book "Das EU-Beihilfeverbot im Steuerrecht" ("The EU State Aid Law and Tax Law"), which has been nominated for the "DWS Wissenschaftspreis 2023" (science prize of the German Association of Tax Advisors).
Visar Ramaj specializes in Arbitration, Commercial and Corporate Law, as well as PPPs and Project Finance. With over a decade of professional experience, Visar brings his extensive expertise to bear on advising clients across a broad spectrum of corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and restructurings.
His representation spans local and international arbitration cases, encompassing ICSID, ICC, and UNCITRAL arbitrations, alongside arbitration cases before the arbitration centers of the American Chamber of Commerce and the Kosovo Chamber of Commerce.
