Darlene has been with SEKID since 2006. The secretary-treasurer is responsible for meeting the financial requirements of the district, including the preparation and execution of bylaws as required under the Local Government Act. The secretary-treasurer also holds the office of corporate finance as provided for under the Act.

Dave Metcalfe

Dave was promoted to the position of General Foreman in September of 2013. He returned to the district in May of 2012 after seven years working for a neighbouring water utility. A Level 4 Operator, Dave is responsible for the day to day operation of the water distribution system, both safely and economically. His duties include crew supervision and the monitoring and maintaining all instrumentation, checking and maintaining pressure reducing stations, flushing district mains and maintaining adequate disinfection levels for public health and safety and performing emergency repairs to the water distribution system.

Jo-Ann Redlich

Jo-Ann has been with the district since 2000. The secretary-receptionist is responsible for initial interactions with the landowners of the district, including account and general information. The position also involves assisting other district staff in serving the needs of the landowners in a way that is consistent with the policies and decisions of the Board of Trustees.

Toby has been with SEKID since 1994. The general manager is responsible for the administration of the bylaws and policies of SEKID. This includes implementing the decisions taken by the Board of Trustees in such a manner that the district fulfills its role and obligations to its landowners. The general manager also holds the office of corporate administration as provided for under the Local Government Act.
