SIM Products was started as Southern Illinois Machinery in 1976 by John R. Newsome in Shumway, Illinois. SIM from the beginning has been a custom machine OEM. John also holds several patents for binding and printing equipment... SIM Products has several controls engineers on staff with vast experience in automation. We have a strong background in motion control including systems with servo counts of 150 or more. We are also experienced in large IO counts, Ethernet/IP and HMI design... This also shows a good example of the quality of our custom built machinery.
