Miriam has exclusively practiced insurance defence litigation in both in-house and private practice. Miriam has extensive experience in a wide range of accident benefits and tort matters, including: motor vehicle accident; personal injury; occupiers liability; products liability; government liability; professional negligence; institutional sexual liability and property damage claims... Miriam completed her undergraduate degree at York University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree. She then attended Schulich School of Business and Osgoode Hall Law School graduating with a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Laws degree in 2002. She was called to the Bar of Ontario in July 2003.
