Andrea Kuntner has been a team member and taxation partner with VGD since 2006. As an employee of an international consultancy company since 1994, she took an active part in the domestic and international tax consultancy of various groups of companies in English- and German-speaking regions. She graduated from the Albert Ludwig University of Freiburg, and then studied to become a taxation expert in Hungary. She represents VGD Hungary Kft. in a number of business organisations, holding positions such as a member of the Board of the Swiss-Hungarian Chamber of Commerce (SwissCham).
Andrea joined VGD Hungary Kft. in 2020 as Payroll Manager.
She has more than 15 years of professional experience in the payroll field and has been working in professional management positions since 2012. She gained her professional knowledge and experience at payroll service providers, where she was involved in providing services to small-medium and large companies.
A tax expert and tax lawyer, Zoltán has led the tax team as the Head of the Tax Business of VGD Hungary since 2022. Zoltán started his almost ten-year career as a tax specialist at the National Tax and Customs Administration (NAV), where he was involved in tax and VAT audits of domestic and international companies and private individuals. Afterwards, as a recognised specialist in the services sector, he applied his knowledge and expertise as a senior tax consultant, supporting clients in fields such as corporate tax, local business tax and tax law.
He has also authored a number of articles as a member of the expert team of Hello Biznisz magazine. In addition to his managerial tasks at VGD Hungary, Zoltán is mainly responsible for the management of tax law and tax administration procedures, as well as tax publications.
Enikő joined the VGD Hungary Audit team as an auditor in 2018. Her outstanding professional work has brought rapid career opportunities. She was promoted to Senior Auditor, then to Audit Supervisor, and from 1 January 2024 she will lead the team as Audit Manager.
She graduated from the University of Debrecen and Corvinus University of Budapest, and also holds a qualification as a Chartered Accountant from the Hungarian Chamber of Auditors.
During the last 6 years at VGD Hungary, she has gained extensive experience in both professional and managerial auditing. Her client portfolio includes a wide range of audit and advisory services to international service and commercial clients, and in her management capacity she is actively involved in the organisation and supervision of her team.
As Manager of VGD Hungary, she is responsible for managing the Audit team, developing new IT solutions and platforms in collaboration with the other business units, as well as further developing VGD Hungary's existing digitalisation processes.
She is fluent in English and is constantly developing his foreign language communication skills.

Erik Thurn has been a team member and partner with VGD since 2008. Having worked for international audit companies (Ernst & Young) since 1994, he has become a certified auditor in 1998. He obtained work experience auditing international companies in Hungary and in Germany, where he took part in the audit of several multinational companies. In addition to Hungarian accounting rules, he is also proficient in German accounting (HGB) and international accounting (IFRS). Since 2008, he is also in charge for monitoring major accounting clients, international reporting as well as outsourced accounting and taxation tasks.
Fanni has been working at VGD Hungary Kft. as an office manager since 2020, providing precious full support in day-to-day office operations.
In addition to ensuring office operations and performing back office management duties, she is also responsible for managing customer and partner relations, as well as for project preparation and the coordination of financial administrative tasks, together with managing the work of the back office staff.

Gyöngyi Ferencz founded VGD Hungary in 2001. She is an auditor and tax expert and fluently speaks German and English. Since the early 90s she has been active in the fields of national and international auditing as well as taxation. She gained her international auditing experience during several assignments in Switzerland. She has profound IFRS, German GAAP and US GAAP expertise.
She is expert in the following areas:
Audits of (group)financial statements based on local standards
Audits of consolidation packages based on international standards (IFRS, German GAAP,US-GAAP)
Financial Due Diligence
Company valuation
Special audits required under company laws
Mergers & acquisitions - Financial and tax consultancy services with respect to sales and acquisitions.

Noémi joined VGD in 2020 as an accounting manager.
She studied at the Budapest College of Economics and the Hungarian Chamber of Auditors; qualified as a certified accountant, tax advisor and IFRS certified accountant.
Over the past 13 years, she has gained extensive experience at an international consulting firm in both the professional and managerial (leadership) fields of accounting. In terms of her client portfolio, she provided a wide range of accounting and tax compliance services to service and commercial clients with an international background, concerning her managerial skills, she gained many years of experience in organizing team work and providing a high-level professional supervision.
As a manager of the accounting team, in addition to leading the accounting team, she is responsible for the development of new IT solutions and platforms in cooperation with other business lines, as well as for further development of VGD's existing accounting digitisation processes. She is fluent in English.
Viktor Szabó joined VGD in 2019. He is a Certified Tax Expert and a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in the field of taxation and more than ten years' experience at international consulting firms. In addition to providing professional support to the tax and payroll department, he is also involved in the business development both of the department and VGD. He is fluent in both English and German.
