Dorcas Quarshie

Dorcas holds a BA (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Ghana, Legon with several years' stints in business management and recently in academia. Her quest to motivate and offer matchless social support to mankind, led her to pursue a Master of Arts (Marriage & Family) programme with the University of Cape Coast. Her working career spans from being the Head of Accounts at the Kumasi branch of PHC Motors, managing the Accra office of Air-Con World for over five (5) years to acting as the Documents Co-ordinator at Stone & Webster International Projects Corporation (the main contractors of the Aboadze Thermal Plant in Takoradi, Ghana). She has been engaged in offering consultancy service in areas of proper financial discipline especially to start-up and micro-finance companies. She is a trained Educationist and currently the Proprietress of Jachin Boaz Home (a privately managed school) and engages in research activities as well. In line with its growth strategy, YAKIYNBOAZ has established a highly specialized team of professionals and consultants from various sectors and industries of the economy that works on assignments.

Emmanuel has been the Chief Executive Officer of Wealth Management Limited, a fund management and investment advisory firm. He had earlier on worked as the pioneering Chief Finance Officer of Vanguard Life Assurance Company Limited. Other previous careers include Head of the Central Clearing House of Electricity Company of Ghana Ltd., General Manager of South Akim Manufacturing Ltd., Finance & Administrative Manager of Saoud Brothers & Sons Ltd., etc. Professionally, he has been engaged on several Financial Management and Institutional Strengthening assignments with other professional associates. He has had splendid working careers in fields such as finance, insurance, manufacturing and business and human resource management sectors of the economy acquired for the last twenty seven (27) years. He has also played several strategic roles including being the turnaround manager by successfully helping restructure companies in distressed state. He has a wealth of experience in consulting and has provided these services to organisations especially in the areas of proper planning and sound financial management. He also assists seasoned international and local Consultants in the performance of their tasks by offering them strategic solutions for the onward utilisation of their clients. Emmanuel carries out research on topical issues of relevance by breaking barriers and venturing into new domains and regularly contributes his quota with his very insightful publications in financial magazines. He was adjudged the 2011 Banking & Finance Personality of the Year. Emmanuel is a Chartered Accountant, a holder of Executive MBA from the University of Ghana Business School and an Investment License Certificate from Ghana Stock Exchange. He is a serial entrepreneur, sits on the boards of several blue chip companies and is a humanitarian service advocate.
