Andrew Gruber - SVP

Andrew brings more than 20 years of print and paper industry experience to Lindenmeyr Central. In 2000 Andrew joined J.S. Eliezer and A.T. Clayton as a consultant and after spending a decade helping clients with print and paper advisory services, he became President of J.S. Eliezer Associates in 2010. J.S. Eliezer and A.T. Clayton later merged with Lindenmeyr Central and Andrew continued to lead the print consulting division. Prior to 2000 Andrew held various operational roles at KPMG and Prudential Securities, including as an analyst and as an engagement management coordinator. Andrew has a B.A. in Psychology from University of Michigan and an M.B.A. in Finance from Fordham University.

CHARLES T. FORSYTH

Charles began his career in the paper business in 1990 as a sales representative for Baldwin Paper Company where he focused on the catalog, magazine, retail and direct mail segments. In 1998, Charles launched International Mill Direct and grew the company's sales to more than $30 million. Charles joined the Lindenmeyr Central division of Central National Gottesman in 2002 as a Sales Executive where he has managed key global accounts and built a strong expertise in dealing with global suppliers, supply chains, and currencies. In 2018, Charles was named Vice President of Sales for CNG's Specialty Papers business. Charles is a graduate of Monmouth University, where he earned a B.S in Business Administration/Marketing.

Chris Berardelli - SVP

Chris joined Lindenmeyr Central in 2019, and is responsible for strategic growth beyond paper. Before joining Lindenmeyr Central, Chris spent more than 22 years with RR Donnelley and LSC Communications in several client facing and strategic roles. Most recently he was a member of the printer's Catalog Leadership Team, and also worked collaboratively on digital innovations. Prior to his tenure at RR Donnelley, Chris was an auditor/consultant at Arthur Andersen, focusing on the advertising, manufacturing and waste management sectors. Chris has a B.S. in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Don Bergen

Don began his career in sales in 1995 at RR Donnelley, one of the world's largest graphics arts and printing company. During his seventeen year tenure at RR Donnelley, Don sold more than $500 Million in sales and earned several accolades, including Sales Representative of the Year. In 2013, Don moved to the merchant side of the business, joining A.T. Clayton as President of its West Coast division. Don is now leading Lindenmeyr Central's sales efforts in the Western United States. Don has a B.S. in Political Science from the University of Oregon.

ERIC M. SULLIVAN - VP

Eric joined Lindenmeyr Central since 2017, following the integration Lindenmeyr Central and A.T. Clayton, where he was the Chief Operations Officer. Eric began his career in paper on the mill side, working for Willamette Industries, Weyerhaeuser and Domtar. He held various positions within these companies, culminating with as the Director of Sales Operations for Domtar's Business Papers division. Eric's broad background, combined with his leadership, collaborative skills, and open communication style make him an ideal contributor to the Lindenmeyr Central management team. Eric is a graduate of Siena College in Loudonville, NY. Eric holds a BA degree in History. Eric began his career in education prior to joining the paper industry.

Peter Harding - President

Peter brings more than two decades of paper industry experience to Lindenmeyr Central, beginning in 1991 at Champion International, where he directed the Hewlett Packard business. Peter moved to Weyerhaeuser Corporation in 2001 as Vice President of Business Papers, eventually joining A.T. Clayton as its CEO in 2013. He became President of Lindenmeyr Central in January, 2017, with the integration of the two companies. Peter received a BA of Accountancy from Villanova University, and attended the General Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Tim Christie

Tim has spent the majority of his career in the paper business, starting with the S.D. Warren Co. in 1983 as a sales trainee. He moved to the company's Catalog & Direct Mail Market division in 1985, and became a catalog sales specialist for its New York sales team in 1987. Tim joined Lindenmeyr Cental in 1991, specializing in the publishing and catalog space, becoming Vice President of Sales in 1996, eventually moving to Sr. Vice President. Tim is active in the industry, serving on several mill advisory councils. He is a graduate of Bucknell University, where he earned a B.A. in Economics/Sociology.
