I look after all new business opportunities, new ventures, possibilities and strategies throughout the whole business. I am very passionate about customer service and always aim to make sure we offer the best of everything and at the right price, and have over 25 years of experience in running a number of other businesses previously, and have really enjoyed every day of the business since we started 8 years ago (2014).

- Service & Technical Director
It is my responsibility to oversee all business operations from installation to ongoing support. I'm involved with all our customers which allows me to understand their needs and provide assistance and support where necessary.
I've been in the telecoms industry all of my working life with my first job working for Rocom, based in Wetherby where I worked my way to the top.
Needless to say I learned my trade from the ground up. I've also held several senior positions in the Telecoms industry before setting up Touch Telecom with Angus in 2014.
I'm happily married with three children whom I enjoy spending time with.
I am responsible for the day-to-day aspect of the business's accounting, billing and reporting functions.
I have been married to Claire for over thirty years and have two grown up sons.
