During 13 years within Caterpillar I coached Leadership teams across 22 European Manufacturing Facilities to implement and deploy the Caterpillar Production System (Lean) and support the roll-out of Caterpillar's Build-In-Quality Programme. In 2017, after leaving Caterpillar, I set up my own business and my desire was to help manufacturers in Britain become better at what they do, reduce their costs, improve their quality, capacity & productivity and fundamentally improve their long-term capability and competitiveness. Ultimately, I want to make Britain's Manufacturing Industry the envy of the world again and help make the industry even more inviting and appealing to the younger generation... I specialise in helping low-volume/high-value manufacturers located in the UK, to reduce their costs by solving their big problems that no one else has ever been able to solve.
