Anthony has overall operations responsibility, including procurement, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and invoicing. He also locates and investigates job leads, attends pre-bid meetings, assists in bid creation, and facilitates company networking functions and marketing.
Mrs. Paxton has over 20 years' management and business experience. Rolanda oversees the accounts payable and receivable for Apaxx, Incorporated.
Mr. Paxton is an entrepreneur who has owned two companies. He has over 30 years' facility and project management experience. Tom takes care of the daily operations including estimating, budgeting, contracting, purchasing, change orders, invoicing, and acts as a liaison after bid submission.
Wes Paxton manages and expedites project flows, and oversees day-to-day operations at job site. He orients new team members to company practices and supervises their performance on the job. He performs daily site inspections for safety/quality compliance for project completion and warranties.
