Maaria's love for dentistry began in early childhood, watching her grandad be in his element at his practice, truly enjoying his dentistry.
Dr. Zahoor Altaf is an ambitious dentist who took ownership of Asquith House Dental Practice in 2017. Dr. Altaf believes that all patients should receive the state-of-the-art dental care as he is an avid participant is continuing dental education and is consistently performing cutting edge dental procedures.
He is indeed a patriarch among a family of dental professionals, successfully gaining a Diploma in Restauration and Aesthetics having learnt the latest clinical techniques in complex cosmetic and implant cases using the state-of-the-art technology, supplies and equipment. Currently, he is working towards gaining a Masters degree in Restauration and Aesthetics recognised by the British Academy Aesthetic Restorative and Implant Dentistry (BAARID) and a Masters degree in Orthodontics at BPP University London where techniques are learnt to achieve amazing results using modern, rapid and hidden techniques to straighten teeth. Dr. Josic, a member of the Asquith team and a Specialist Orthodontist with over 16 years of experience is an Invisalign provider, who takes on and completes complex cases .
Dr. Altaf is a strong believer in preventive and conservative dentistry and works closely with his patients encouraging daily attention to dental hygiene for patients even well into their 80s. He is building his practice with an emphasis on "dental health care" vs. "disease care."
Having completed a course in facial aesthetics he shall be offering treatments in wrinkle reduction & dermal fillers.
When he is not attending courses he spends his time with family and friends indulging in photography, mountain biking, cooking (and eating it!), skiing, badminton and weight-training.
