Andrew is the Managing Director of the Blackshaw group.
Andrew joined Blackshaw Real Estate in 1990 and quickly established himself as one of the most capable and professional property sales agents in Australia.
Now as Managing Director Andrew is responsible for training/mentoring, recruitment, strategy and business development across the network. Andrew is committed to maintaining our industry leading position through constant evolution, marketing initiatives and technology, whilst retaining the key quality and service standards that have been the foundation of Blackshaw Real Estate's success. He also feels a deep sense of responsibility to the growth and personal well-being of every member of the team.

Jo is the Head of Operations for the Blackshaw Corporate team and is responsible for overseeing all business processes and organisational planning for the brand. She's been with Blackshaw Corporate for the past six years, having moved from Sydney to Canberra in 2013 with the objective of working in the property industry.
With a passion for collaborative and supportive team building, she's worked closely with Managing Principal Belinda Chamberlain and Managing Director Andrew Chamberlain since they took over the business in February 2019.

Mario Sanfrancesco has nearly 30 years experience working in the Canberra real estate industry, and has been involved in thousands of successful property transactions throughout his career. He has been recognised as Canberra's top agent by REB after being ranked 20th on Australia's Top 100 Agents list, and also having won Real Estate Industry ACT (REIACT) Agent of the Year in Canberra.
Mario has previously been a Principal of his own real estate business since the mid-1990s, and his passion, professionalism, knowledge and leadership resulted in it being awarded the (REIACT) Agency of the Year eight times. Mario has also won multiple awards in other categories throughout his real estate career.
He regards his philosophy of always measuring customer satisfaction and implementing constant improvements as his driving force and the key to his success. When he's not taking care of his clients, Michael makes time to enjoy golf, cricket and oztag, maintains strong ties with family and friends, and loves spending quality time with his wife Rebecca, son Cooper, and daughter Eve. He balances his busy work schedule with continued involvement in sports, including coaching his son Cooper's rugby league team, as well as watching his daughter Eve play teeball and oztag.
