Chrisie Nimenko

Chrisie has worked in education in the UK since 2013 and now leads in Pastoral Care and Safeguarding. Prior to this Chrisie has held Management and Leadership roles in several companies since 1991, having followed an initial career path training in Fine Art then Commerical Law and Business. Chrisie's people-focused skills led to her path in education and change of direction, which was motivated by improved outcomes for pupil engagement and well being. As Lead Teacher for Bristol International College she is responsible for managing our teachers delivering learning to pupils and also leads our safeguarding and pastoral teams. Chrisie has an in-depth knowledge of the International Foundation Programme and is also developing an extensive programme of creative courses for Bristol based students.

John Milne - CEO

John was educated at US Ivy League university Dartmouth College and pursued a 13-year career at a leading UK private school including positions as Preparatory School Headmaster and Director of External Relations. He also spent eight years as Headmaster of prestigious British and International schools in Manila, The Philippines. The opportunity to deliver exceptional education along with outstanding pastoral care has always been the driving motivation for John and this has led him to co-found Bristol International College with Tony Evans.

Jon Crocker

Jon has worked in international education since 1992 both in the UK and overseas. Management roles since 2000 have seen him work with some of the biggest names in the language school industry and for the last 13 years as a Principal for a Bristol school specialising in Aviation English and then at an international boarding school in Berkshire. He shares the belief of his colleagues in providing a high-quality educational experience and seeing students flourish.

Samantha Packer

After studying for a career in business, Samantha embarked on purchasing commercial and residential property and growing a portfolio that funds further commercial and educational opportunities. Since purchasing Torwood House School she has extensively enhanced the properties and now feels that the school has reached a stage where it can expand to offer a modern curriculum for both UK and overseas students, not only providing academic excellence but also supporting emotional well-being and additional support services, ensuring that students who attend Bristol International College are able to enjoy and succeed during their time here.
