Flatworx Construction was formed out of need for addressing smaller private & public works projects that are either privately bank funded or publicly funded thru the State of Texas Programs like HUB Zone & CMBL and to meet minority participation requirements. Over the years we have worked with USPS, Richardson Independent School District [RISD], DISD, Workforce Solution for North Central Texas, Dallas Area Rapid Center (DART), City of Dallas Public Works Department, Texas Military Department [TMD], City of Garland and City of Duncanville; and we have also completed many commercial projects.
