Daniel is the general forest manager of the Form International Peru office. He the leader of the team and in charge of the technical management of the company, its legal compliance, budget execution and HR. He manages the forestry operations, the nursery and the outgrower programme and represents Form International when dealing with implementing partners, stakeholders, authorities, NGOs and associations in communities.
Daniel has ample experience in directing cocoa and coffee agroforestry plantations in combination with timber plantations. In the past, he has been managing several reforestation initiatives for the private sector as well as in collaboration with rural communities.

Jhon is the Community outreach coordinator for the Form International Peru office. He is responsible for the coordination and implementation of the outgrower programme and stakeholder relation management. He will be the contact point for the farmers that will benefit from Form International's operations. Jhon has ample experience in working with indigenous communities in Peru and creating welfare and development in rural areas.

Jos brings his expertise of his study background from both Geo-Information Science and Forest- and Nature Conservation to Form International. Here he will combine his interests for data analysis & GIS work with actively contributing to forest landscape restoration projects. Using interdisciplinary approaches, he will attempt the find (nature-based) solutions to tackle the complex problems in (tropical) forestry.

Linda Broekhuizen is an experienced executive and non-executive director, passionate about inclusive and nature positive impact (investing). She is vice-chair of the supervisory board at the Royal Tropical Institute (KIT) and a member of the Development Cooperation Committee of the Dutch Advisory Council on International Affairs. For more than 20 years Linda worked in various roles at Dutch Development Bank FMO, of which the last 8 years in the Management Board. She gained substantial experience in sustainable impact investing in Africa, Asia and Latin America. Global partnerships, sustainability and innovation were consistently high on her agenda and catalysed new impact platforms with venture capital, blended finance, project development and new technologies in the areas of climate finance, ecosystem restoration, forestry, agricultural value chains and inclusive finance (for local communities, women, youth and migrant entrepreneurs).

Liz fulfils the role of financial and administration coordinator for the Form International Peru office. She is responsible for all internal financial and administrative processes of the new company, budget execution and the management of permanent and temporary personnel. Liz has been involved for over 10 years in financial operations and administrative management for several restoration and nature conservation programmes of development agencies in the region.

At Form international Maria works as Project Developer on a wide array of projects. She has expertise on merging environmental and social issues in sectors as mining and energy sectors. Together with her studies in Biology and Forestry, she brings a multidisciplinary and multicultural approach for the sustainable conservation of tropical forests.
Marianne plays a vital role within the Form International team, actively supporting the CEO, M.T., and human resources. She oversees the administrative function, which provides office services support to ensure smooth operations and cultivates a happy, safe, and healthy work environment for the team.

Within the Form International team Martine is mainly concerned with providing support to the financial department and human resources. This also includes insurances and peripheral matters of the organisation. As Director Business Development it is Michel's role to connect the natural climate solutions of the tropical forest landscapes that Treevive works in with companies and investors that seek high-quality, bankable projects for their biodiversity and carbon commitments. Michel is a senior sustainability professional with over 15 years' experience in setting up (public-private) partnerships and networks, boardroom consulting and creating new (circular) business models and nature-based solutions.
"My ultimate goal is to address environmental issues focusing on forestry. It was determined when I saw deforestation in Brazil when I was 12 years old. As such, for more than 15 years, I have been pursuing a career in forest conservation with a strong passion for taking over sustainable natural resources to the next generation and wildlife.''
Mr. Tom Hazen holds a master degree in business administration (Amsterdam, 2005) and brings years of international finance and business development experience in senior leadership roles in energy and the energy transition. Before joining TES-H2, a green hydrogen company, Tom was general manager for Shell's Nature Based Solutions team, investing in ecosystems internationally and dealing with voluntary carbon markets. Tom is driven by making positive impact on the energy transition, climate change, and nature and biodiversity.

Niels Rebel joined Form International in november 2023 as junior forestry consultant, and he brings a wealth of expertise with his HBO bachelor's in International Forest and Nature Conservation. Specializing in carbon projects and feasibility studies, Niels merges his passion for conservation with a hands-on approach, dedicated to ensuring that livelihoods thrive in our nature conservation projects.

Paul is an active player and long-term visionary with a passion to develop effective solutions for large scale reforestation and landscape restoration activities worldwide. These concepts developed so far in Ghana and Tanzania are successful and become role models for replication and upscaling in other countries. Paul has extensive international experience as a senior forestry advisor and is specialized in Sustainable Forest Management, reforestation and investments.

Peter is a specialist in the preparation and implementation of projects and programs in tropical forest- and agricultural landscapes. He mostly works on Nature Based Solutions projects. Peter also prepares and oversees programs that aim to obtain income from forest conservation & restoration and biodiversity management.

Peter worked for 15 years in Guyana as researcher (PhD and Postdoc) and project director before embarking on a career as independent consultant, which has taken him to 20 different countries worldwide. Peter is a specialist in Reduced Impact Logging, forest inventory and forest management planning. His portfolio further includes FSC® forest management and chain of custody certification - having conducted 25 FSC Forest Management audits in 10 countries worldwide, the EU Forest Law Enforcement, Governance and Trade programme, strengthening and implementing forest policy including developing regulations and guidelines (Codes of Practice), REDD+ programmes, capacity building and institutional support in RIL, and project design and management.
