Prior to joining L-3, Mr. Butler was CFO of Lockheed Martin Fairchild Division (formerly Loral Fairchild), a position he also held at Loral. Prior to that he held various controller and financial analyst positions within the Loral Corporation which he joined in 1981. Overall, Mr. Butler brings over 30 years of extensive leadership and experience in the defense and aerospace markets with extensive leadership skills in financial and business operations areas.
