On this beautiful farm there is a restaurant , Nieuwedrift Wine Estate Restaurant, where Hendrik & Carla Mostert take the lead. The farm's Chenin Blanc, Shiraz, Blanc de Noir, Chardonnay and Méthod Cap Classique can be sampled & paired with food such as delicious wood fired pizzas, burgers, steaks, calamari ect ect. The restaurant opened on the 11th November 2017. Inside the restaurant there is also an art gallery for the paintings of resident artist Karin Mostert. The restaurant is also child and pet-friendly with a play park and lovely green lawns. The enjoyment of food and dining is very much part of the Nieuwedrift experience. We celebrate local, artisanal suppliers whenever possible, and subscribe to an ethos of seasonal, sustainable, flavorful food...
