Jeffrey B. Jeffrey B. Mathews, CPA, LLC, based in Lake Charles, LA, provides a full range of accounting services to meet your needs. Welcome, I'm Jeff Mathews, CPA and would like to share with you our firm information, and why we do what we do. Of course you may know I am a Louisiana Certified Public Accountant, but let me share some things you may not know. I served six years in the Louisiana Army National Guard. During that time I pursued a college education from McNeese State University. I graduated twice. The first time was to receive my Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, the second my Master's in Business Administration. I began working in public accounting in 1997, the last two years of my initial accounting degree. I have also worked for a large publicly traded company in corporate / managerial accounting. I began my own practice in April of 2002. I had only one client, but knew what I wanted. I wanted to help business owners build the business of their dreams. Jeffrey B.
