They start with natural, preservative-free ingredients sourced locally in the Willamette Valley. Then for authenticity, they bake all their breads on hot stone decks in a steam-injected oven imported from Europe. Pastini is proud to serve Big River's fresh artisan breads in our Corvallis restaurant...
