Beth began her career in Kansas City as an insurance carrier representative in 1985. In 1989, she transitioned to the broker community and is proud of her long-standing relationships and delivering innovative options with superior service. Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, Beth settled in Kansas City with her husband and four children and has been an active member of the Overland Park community, local schools, and her church. She enjoys gardening, skiing, exercising, and volunteering.
I have been in Client Services for over 12 years. I enjoy helping my clients find the most comprehensive solution for their insurance needs. My spare time includes hanging out with my kids as well as watching and playing sports. Go Chiefs and Royals!!!
I spend my days organizing the daily operations of our companies and enjoy collaborating with the different teams. When I'm not working, you can find me cheering on my daughter at her dance competitions with my husband.
I have over 15 years insurance experience and have a strong desire to help my clients. I enjoy finding solutions for them and take pride in knowing that I have done my best to meet their needs. Each day is different, and every day is rewarding. When I'm not at work, I enjoy spending time with my kids, playing tennis, playing guitar, and watching football.
My clients are very important to me, and I enjoy working with them to provide the best solutions for their insurance needs. In my free time, you can find me working on my small farm or attending a Mizzou football game.
I love meeting people and learning what needs they may have in relation to our business solutions and then solving those needs with our solutions and team efforts. I am blessed to get to spend time with family and friends almost anytime I get the chance.
I have 25 years' experience in the insurance industry. I have worked in many facets of the insurance world. I have a true passion for helping our clients and supporting my teammates. I love spending time with my family, listening to music and spending time outdoors.

My role at RPS Benefits by Design, Inc. is to oversee all financial functions for the company. I am committed to maintaining the high level of integrity for which RPSBBDi is known for. One of the highlights of my career was being awarded the distinguished title of CFO of the Year from the Kansas City Business Journal in 2013. When not working, I enjoy painting, reading, and spending quality time with my family.

I love working with my customers to find efficient, practical solutions to their problems while having fun in the process! I consider many really good friends and my relationships and history with them and this is what I value the most. The same could be said for my friends and family - any time spent with them - serving together in the community, running our dogs, hiking, cooking, or cheering on our favorite teams is time well spent.
My roots are in Oklahoma but I've lived most of my life in Kansas. I've enjoyed my work experiences in small offices and larger corporations, ranging from creative tech support to patient support, medical billing, and administration. Outside of work, my interests continue in health and wellness, interior design, and spending time outdoors with my family.
I value people, and I use my 35+ years' experience in insurance, technology, and compliance to go above and beyond the "norm" to help companies and individuals with their employee benefits programs and problems. I help people understand their benefits and work through plan processes to get the care they need. Outside of work, you'll likely find me creating new recipes, spending time with my family and our dogs, or volunteering in the St. Joseph community.

With over 25 years of HR experience in managing the entire breath of HR and Talent Acquisition, my passion is helping people. At RPS, I am responsible for client satisfaction along with the development and implementation of a client service model that provides depth and continuity in the relationships RPS has with their clients. I love to travel, spend time with my friends and family, and cheering on the Jayhawks!
I believe in a holistic approach with dealing with business owners, so they know their needs are covered. My spare time is spent playing golf and playing with my grandchildren.
I am a licensed account manager with RPS Benefits By Design in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I have the skills to offer the most innovative and comprehensive solutions possible when working with my customers, and always aim to provide the best solution available. I specialize in employee benefits and believe it is my responsibility to help businesses make the best possible decisions for their unique situations.

Group leaders and I roll up our sleeves together to bend the benefits cost curve while improving employee engagement. Otherwise, you'll find me with my family, digging in the dirt, or riding bikes with friends.
In this role, I use my past experience of ensuring customers and their families are secured in their futures and bring that same passion and dedication to their healthcare needs. Outside of work, I can either be found baking in the kitchen, working out, or taking care of animals through my side gig as a pet-sitter.

I especially enjoy "talking shop" with employees and helping them understand their benefits. Since merging our agency with RPS Benefits by Design in 2018, it has provided a very positive outcome for clients. The team provides a far more comprehensive range of client services and insurance products than were available to individuals and businesses in this area.
Insurance is my thing! I'm licensed in both Life and Health and Property and Casualty Insurance. I began my career as an agent with Farm Bureau in the late 90's and have been fortunate to work on the carrier and broker side of the business. I enjoy helping develop the most efficient benefit packages that work for the employers and their team members, and building long-standing relationships with both. When I'm not with my work family, I spend time with my fiancé, our children, and 10 grandchildren! I love all things sports, traveling, remodeling, working outdoors, and my dog.
