Starter Set Preschool and Child Development Center began as a dream of Barbara and Douglas Packard who envisioned a school in which children could learn and play in a safe, loving, and nurturing environment. After many months of planning, building, and much excitement, this dream became a reality in September of 1997 when Starter Set opened its doors to an incoming class of twenty students and three teachers. Several teachers have been with us since we first opened the doors... Starter Set Preschool is a Developmentally Play based program allowing children to thrive in a nurturing, positive caring environment located in Porter Ranch
