I have practiced for nearly 20 years as a board-certified psychiatrist. My experience is colorful, and broad, and includes but is not limited to work in the following areas in no particular order: both inpatient and outpatient hospital settings, Indian Reservation, maximum security jail, teen and adolescent residential treatment, sexual predator unit, group private practice, psychotherapy training, private and community addiction treatment facilities, research, military, non-profit medical facilities for the working uninsured, VA, county sheriff department, pharmaceutical education, multiple associate professorships for medical, nurse practitioner and physician assistant schools, private practice.

Kathleen Hensley

Kathleen is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) working in private practice at The Crane Center, LLC. She is currently working to obtain her doctoral degree and she holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice. Kathleen Hensley also holds a Master of Science degree in Counseling and Psychology (Clinical Mental Health) from Troy University. She has over 10 years experience working in clinical mental health care and offers a wide array of services to individuals, couples, and families. She is a Certified First Responder Counselor (CFRC) and is trained in the unique culture of First Responders and Law Enforcement Officers. She provides counseling to first responders and their families. Kathleen is also trained to facilitate group critical incident debriefings for first responders and emergency service providers. Kathleen is a nationally board-certified counselor (NCC). She also holds an advanced level credential as a Certified Mental Health Counselor (CCMHC) for professionals practicing clinical mental health counseling. She is a trained EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) clinician, which is a therapeutic treatment modality to help trauma survivors. Her clinical background ranges from treating individuals with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, stress management, substance abuse, phase of life concerns, and relationship issues. She also has a passion for working with victims of domestic violence.

Kim Cohen

Kim Cohen, MS, earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Psychology from University of West Florida and a Master's of Science degree in Counseling from Troy University. She is currently a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern with the State of Florida in pursuit of becoming a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). Kim has experience working in community mental health, geriatric counseling, and substance use treatment prior to joining the Crane Center in private practice.

Lina Racer

Drawing from a decade-long tenure in customer service, complemented by three years of experience in banking, Lina brings a versatile skill set to the front desk role. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service, she is dedicated to creating a welcoming and efficient experience for each patient.

Pamela Ross

Pamela graduated from Maryville University in Missouri with a Master of Nursing with a concentration in Psychiatric Mental Health. She is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) in Florida. She is qualified to diagnose, prescribe, and offer therapy to patients of all ages and disorders. Pamela has worked in the field of mental health for more than 20 years. Pamela started her career by helping her in-laws start their drug recovery center in Destin over 20 years ago. It was there that she decided to pursue a career in nursing to apply her understanding and compassion to a population that is often misunderstood. Pamela also has experience working in an inpatient psychiatric hospital, home health nurse, and as a private duty nurse. She is excited to pursue this course at The Crane Center.

Rochelle Taylor

Rochelle has 30 years of experience as an RMA working in health care. She has specialized in internal medicine, pulmonary medicine, and sleep medicine. Since joining the Crane Center, her understanding and compassion for mental health patients and the difficulties they face has grown immensely. She enjoys specializing in ketamine therapy and seeing how it can improve patients' lives.

Shaun Myers

  • Certified Physician Assistant ( PA - C )
After a 23-year career as a firefighter, retiring as a Captain Fire medic locally in 2018, Shaun returned to school and became a physician assistant. He began with The Crane Center in 2020 and is often heard saying he has "the best job on the planet!" Shaun has endured his own struggles over the course of his life and brings personal experience to the table for his patients. He strives to help those in need with compassion, empathy, and without judgment. Mr. Myers has experience in medical cannabis, ketamine treatments, and a broad range of psychiatric disorders.
