Alison joined the firm as part of our merger with Redrock Financial, where she was a Director since 2002. She has been a Financial Adviser for 20 years, and now plays a key role within Pacem as a Senior Financial Adviser, responsible for advising and meeting our client's needs.
Daniel Glover - Founder, Managing Director

Daniel is the Managing Director and Co-Founder of Pacem. He has over 10 years' experience in financial services and is now responsible for setting the overall strategic direction of the firm along with the other Directors. Daniel leads the Financial Advisory team supporting our clients with all their financial needs.

Lizzy leads our accounting and business advisory team. She works with clients to find the solution that delivers for their business. Lizzy is a qualified Chartered Accountant and joined our leadership team from a management role in Grant Thornton.
Eoin joined Pacem's internship programme in August 2021. He studied Business Management at Queens University before joining Ulster University where he graduated with a commendation in MSc Global Investment Management. Eoin supports our Financial Advisory team to assess and advise our clients on all their financial needs.
Gemma joined the team in 2015 as a placement student, before completing her degree in Finance & Investment Analysis achieving a First-Class Honours. Gemma completed her Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning in 2018. As Operations Manager, Gemma is responsible for the smooth daily operations of Pacem.

Jamie joined Pacem as an apprentice in August 2021. She is currently completing her HLA Level 5 Accounting Technicians course and supports our accountancy team in delivering a range of services including preparing accounts, bookkeeping and payroll.
Kevin leads on business development, strategy and marketing. Originally a client of Daniel and Tony, Kevin co-founded Pacem and ensures the customer is at the centre of everything we do. He holds a 1st Class BSc Hons (Marketing), MSc with Distinction (Strategy) and an MBA. He is also a Director of Podiem and Co-owner of MLN.

Lesley has run her own practice for over 15 years and has recently merged her firm, Irwin-McAfee Chartered Accountants, with Pacem. Lesley is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Tax Advisor and plays a key role in servicing our accountancy clients.

Lyn joined the firm as part of our merger with Redrock Financial, where she was a Director since 2002. She has 30 years' experience in Financial Services, and now is a Director in Pacem. As Head of Operations, she supports our team and ensures that we meet all our client's needs.
Rachael joined the firm as a placement student in 2017 while completing her Degree in Business Studies, achieving a First-Class Honours. Now a full-time Planning Analyst, she is completing her Level 4 Diploma and supporting our Financial Advisory team to assess and advise our clients on all their financial needs.

Ronnie is an associate at our Causeway office. He is a member of the Institute of Certified Practising Accountants and owned his own practice for 25 years before joining the Pacem team. Prior to that Ronnie worked for HMRC.
Sean joined the firm in 2021 from FinTrU, where he worked following university. He completed his Degree in Finance & Investment Management, achieving a First-Class Honours. Sean has completed Pacem's Internship program and is now a full-time Planning Analyst supporting our Financial Advisory team in achieving client's financial goals.
Sean joined Pacem's Internship programme in July 2020 after completing his Degree in Finance and Investment Management, achieving a First-Class Honours. Having completed the internship programme, Sean is now a full-time planning analyst working towards the Level 4 Diploma. Sean supports the Advisory team in achieving client's financial goals, as well as working as part of the Pacem Investment Committee.

joined Pacem as an intern in 2020 after graduating with a degree in Business Studies from Ulster University. Since then, Shannon has completed her Postgraduate in Accounting with a distinction and will be starting her professional qualifications with Chartered Accountants Ireland.

Tony is a Chartered Tax Adviser with over forty years' experience in all the stages of business life from start-up, through growth and development to merger and acquisition. He has specialist expertise in the use of trusts and complex estate planning strategies.
Tyrene joined the firm in September 2021 bringing a wealth of experience from a wide range of business administration roles. She supports the financial advisory team in meeting our client's needs.
Yvonne supports the accountancy team in delivering our bookkeeping services as well as payroll and accounts preparation. She is AITI qualified and has over 30 years' experience in Bookkeeping in a wide range of businesses.
