  • CEO and Trustee for the Foundation
Laura Montgomery is CEO and Trustee for the Foundation. She is passionate about the youth led work the Foundation is supporting and the transformational impact it has both directly on young people and at the system change level. She is thrilled to also be supporting the collaboration of a brilliant group of changemakers, leveraging the support of the Foundation beyond purely the grant level. Laura sits on the Philanthropists Council for the Beacon Collaborative, is a member of the Ashoka Supporter Network and engaged with their Everyone a Changemaker vision, sits as a Trustee for an unrelated Family Trust and is Executive Director of the Ellis Campbell Group where she was Managing Director from 2010 to September 2022. Laura qualified as a solicitor in 2005 working in the Real Estate Finance department of Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP. She joined the Ellis Campbell Group in 2007 and co-founded C2 Capital Limited with Julian Carey in 2009, a commercial property investment and asset management business.
