Archie Dubrovskis

Archie worked for Elegant as a sub-contractor for over 10 years. With a superb eye for detail, he is a big reason why we are so well known for the quality of our finish. He has now joined the team as a site manager and is in charge of the internal fit-out within our new homes.

Joanna Kolenda

Job Titles:

Joanna has been with the business for 10 years and runs the financial side of things. Managing all of our accounts, she pays suppliers, sub-contractors and salaries. She has a keen interest in marketing, looking after our website and social media, as well as organising staff parties.

John Neville

Job Titles:
  • Staff Member
John co-ordinates and manages our planning applications. He undertakes development appraisals and also provides support in sourcing new land. John is our planning policy adviser and has an MSc in Spatial Planning and Development (distinction) from the University of Reading. He also leads our sales strategy, liaising with estate agents and looking after our completion handover process. If you buy one of our houses, you will get to meet John.

Nick Goodson

Nick is our Construction Director. He is responsible for the construction side of the business, planning and resourcing our projects. A Chartered Construction Manager (MCIOB) with site experience and a Design & Construction Management BSc (1st class), Nick combines practical and academic knowledge when managing a building project. He works closely with our clients, consultants and sub-contractors to identify the most efficient solution, ensuring our projects run efficiently to programme and budget.

Peter Neville

Job Titles:

Some call him the boss, but only when he's not watching cricket. Peter has over 40 years of experience in property development and planning. He is a University of Reading graduate and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He oils the wheels to make sure the machine runs smoothly, sources the new sites and provides support in finalising planning applications.

Twain Lyden

Job Titles:

Twain is approaching his 25 year anniversary with the company and has 45 years experience in construction. He directs operations on-site and ensures our projects are built safely and to a high standard. He also liaises with neighbours to minimise the impact of building operations on other people's lives.
