Andrew D. Gangi

Andrew is an IT Field Engineer who specializes in consultation, sales and technical services. Andrew Gangi applies perseverance to his work at 415 Group - never stopping until a job is complete or a problem is resolved. As an IT Field Engineer, Andrew is quick to respond to client needs by improving service delivery and performing various sales tasks. With more than 20 years of IT experience, Andrew specializes in small business consultation, sales and technical services including server support and networking. He owned and operated Proactive IT Solutions, before his company merged with 415 Group in January 2017. Andrew stays active outdoors, whether he's golfing, hunting, camping or canoeing. He's also committed to serving his community as a volunteer through his church, where he serves on the Board of Elders, and through the advisory board of a youth ministry. He always enjoys time spent with his wife, Connie, and their two children, Drew and Larissa. They currently live in Salem, Ohio. Education Allegheny Wesleyan College

Anthony P. Bianchi

Anthony Bianchi joined the firm in February 2023 as an IT Support Specialist for Remote Services. His primary responsibility is providing front line IT service to the clients and working with the team to solve problems. When Anthony chooses to do something, he gives it his all. He enjoys challenging himself with IT work, because of the variety of problems that can occur and the opportunity to share and learn from others. Outside of work, Anthony is a certified sports official for the Ohio High School Athletic Association where he works with multiple different local organizations.

Branden D. Beeslaar

Brandon L. McLean

Brandon is an IT Support Specialist within the 415 Group Information Technology division. Brandon L. McLean joined 415 Group as an IT support specialist in February 2019 to make sure our clients can run their business with little to no downtime due to technical issues. He enjoys the relaxed atmosphere of the firm and laughs with coworkers. Prior to joining 415 Group, Brandon was a help desk technician at Ohio State University, an IT analyst and radiology services coordinator at Radiology Partners, and a lead IT analyst and trainer at 7G Technologies. He believes in the saying, "You can't build a new future on old technologies." Because of this, Brandon uses available technology to work smarter, not harder. Outside the office, Brandon spends time with his family and plays video games. His wife has been a cardiac ICU RN for more than a decade. They have two children: a daughter, who enjoys playing basketball and drawing and a son, who loves Batman.

Cameron E. Carruthers

Cameron is an IT Field Engineer within the 415 Group Information Technology division. As a field engineer for the IT department at 415 Group, Cameron Carruthers handles IT issues and projects on site at our clients' locations. Cameron is passionate about client experience. He says, "I want 415 Group clients to have the best experience and never feel like reaching out is a hindrance. I will always go an extra step to make sure the client is satisfied." He enjoys keeping a sharp edge on technology and learning new skills. "If I don't know something, I'm confident that someone in our department does know and is willing to teach me." He says, "Everyone at 415 Group treats each other like family. The compassion and willingness to help is incredible." In his free time, Cameron likes getting together with friends to play board games or Dungeons and Dragons. He also loves to watch videos to learn many different things, with topics ranging from history to how new technology works and was designed. Cameron and his fiancée, Julie, have two cats named Navi and Luci. Together, they like to find and try small restaurants, go to Renaissance Faires and play odd or colorful board games.

Christopher B. Enos

Christopher Enos joined 415 Group's technology services team in March 2022. As part of the IT department, Christopher primarily deals with remote support, including resolving support tickets and calls that the team receives. Christopher's favorite part of working at 415 Group is the ability to learn different IT ecosystems. When asked to describe his work philosophy, he said, "I like working as a team. Everyone has different experiences that can help resolve issues." Prior to joining 415 Group, Christopher worked as an IT services manager at a local security technology company and, before that, as an in-house and field technician for a local business IT infrastructure company. Outside of work, Christopher enjoys spending time with friends and family, including his wife of seven years and two young children.

David H. Besse

David Besse, partner, oversees our Information Technology team. David Besse, as a partner and in his role overseeing 415 Group's Information Technology team, enjoys the freedom to offer clients the services and tools they need to be successful. David is active in his community, serving as a church elder and as a member on the Lawrence Township Board of Zoning Appeals. He previously served as president of the Lawrence Township Joint Recreation District and is a past president of Project Rebuild, a non-profit agency that helps at-risk youth complete their high school education while learning building trades. He also is president of Christian Communicators of Ohio, a group that assists parents who home-school their children. David and his wife of 30 years, Betty, have two sons (Jonathan and Samuel) and a daughter (Elisabeth).

Filipe Seke

Filipe Seke is a remote engineer in the IT Department. In this role, he supports client email servers, firewalls and active directory server. He offers end-user support, line-of-business software support, maintenance of client IT infrastructure, user on/off boarding for end users and updates to technical documentation. At 415 Group, Filipe enjoys working on the different technologies available at the firm. He has prior experience as a network engineer and IT Field Technician. He says, "I value the sharing of ideas to help each other achieve the best output, as teamwork makes the dreamwork. I also believe in a good work ethic - always taking pride in your work. Good work ethic will always show." When he's not working, Filipe enjoys keeping physically fit at the gym and catching up on some English and European football. He also enjoys family time.

Jacob A. Kieffer

James L. Baker

James Baker joined 415 Group as an IT help desk specialist in September 2020. Previously, he was the Manager of Technical Services for a company in North Canton that provided security and access systems all over the state of Ohio and through remote units across the country. In his role with 415 Group, James remotely assists clients of the technology services division to provide them with a quality managed IT experience. His work philosophy is that "it is best to give everything you can, and to throw everything you can at a problem." Upon joining 415 Group, James explained, "The atmosphere at 415 Group is what really drew me in. Being part of a team and being able to bounce ideas off each other is a great experience." James is also an adjunct professor with Stark State's IT department. He recently taught classes in Computer Hardware & Maintenance and Linux System Administration. Outside of work, James's hobbies include amateur woodworking and restoration, reading up on current trends, and biking. He also enjoys hiking in the fall and being involved with his family. Joe A. Seiler

Joe Seiler joined 415 Group's technology services department in May 2023. His primary responsibilities are designing and implementing client integration solutions. With a variety of related accreditations and certifications, Joe is able to pull from a wide scope of knowledge to develop solutions for our IT clients.

John A. Shumaker

John joined 415 Group in February 2022 as the Director of Applications for our IT department. John A. Shumaker joined 415 Group in February 2022 as the Director of Applications for our IT department. In this role, he primarily works with and learns the needs of clients to help them solve business problems through technology solutions such as CRM, business intelligence, and dashboards. He creates additional dashboards for the 415 Group so the team can better leverage information for decision making. At our firm, John most enjoys the people he's working with. He says, "The people here are polite and helpful, and they truly do what they can to assist others." When asked to describe his work philosophy, John said: "I love digging in and solving problems, especially with data and technology. I also believe that two heads are better than one, so I enjoy working in groups. We can collaborate for stronger outcomes while learning from each other." Prior to joining the firm, John was the Director of IT for a company in Texas and the Director of Supply Chain and IT Operations at a local industrial packaging equipment company. Outside of work, John enjoys spending time with his wife Courtney and family and friends. He also enjoys reading books about anything from leadership to technology.

Jonathan D. Besse

Jonathan Besse brings his experience supporting software users to his role as an IT specialist at 415 Group. He supports all forms of IT infrastructure for our clients, including PCs, servers, printers and networking equipment. One of the things Jonathan enjoys most about working at 415 Group is the strong and supportive environment. He also likes the ability to problem solve as he works with a variety of clients and situations. "By nature, I'm a fixer," he says. "I've gained a very broad range of experience working with clients throughout Northeast Ohio. I believe it's important to always find a way to meet each client's individual needs." When he's not at work, Jonathan enjoys fixing and building cars, playing football and Frisbee with his friends, or taking in a Cleveland sports game. Katelin J. Schumacher

Katelin J. Schumacher came to 415 Group in October 2017 after having graduated from Muskingum University with majors in business management and marketing, and minors in accounting, economics, and music. Her responsibilities at 415 Group include communications, purchasing, quoting, and licensing management for the clients of the IT department. Katelin enjoys working in the friendly atmosphere of 415 Group. She is continually impressed by the number of dedicated and motivated colleagues she gets to work alongside and how everyone works together to solve problems and service clients. Outside the office, she enjoys reading, learning, camping, and spending time with friends and family.

Luis R. Jimenez

Luis R. Jimenez, Jr. says that at 415 Group, everyone is treated like family.

Macie A. Jubara

Macie Jubara joined 415 Group's IT team in October 2022.

Michael L. Durbin

Michael Durbin brings a history of problem solving, solutions building and security systems to his role in IT at 415 Group. As a Microsoft Certified IT professional, Michael invests each day maintaining both the 415 Group internal network, as well as our clients' external networks. Not only does he keep us and our clients running, he's taught networking and IT security as an adjunct professor at Stark State College. He's demonstrated his ability to build innovative solutions across many technologies, and has earned multiple certifications at the highest level throughout his career as an IT professional. When he's not at work, Michael enjoys traveling, studying languages and spending time with his family. He currently resides in the Canton area with his wife, Makiko, two sons, Derek and David and daughter, Kokoa.

Nicholas A. Ross

Nicholas A. Ross joined 415 Group's IT Department in August 2019. Before joining the firm, he spent eight years in the United States Marine Corps doing IT work on various systems. He gained additional experience as an IT contractor for a tax agency in Brecksville and as an IT manager for a multi-brand enterprise in Zanesville. As a remote team lead at 415 Group, Nick resolves our clients' help desk tickets. Their issues can range from desktop to network issues and all things in between. He enjoys the unique issues our clients have, saying, "We are constantly being challenged to push ourselves to continue our education to ensure we are able to meet the needs of our clients without any service interruptions." Whenever an issue arises, Nick tries to learn something new. He says, "I am a firm believer in first-call resolution, and as such I try to become as knowledgeable as possible about our client's environments, so I can better assist them with whatever issues may arise." Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his children, Nicholas and Isabella. He is an avid reader, who enjoys running, as well as playing and watching most sports.

Nicholas J. Anthony

Nicholas Anthony can't leave a problem unsolved, and it's that dedication that makes him such a resourceful IT consultant at 415 Group. In his daily work, Nick provides technological expertise, while also establishing and maintaining client networks. Prior to joining 415 Group in 1999, he earned his degree in computer technology from Stark State College. He maintains a variety of Microsoft certifications including: Microsoft Consultant Solutions Expert (MCSE), Microsoft Solutions Associate (MCSA), Microsoft Technology Specialist (MCTS), Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), A+, Server+ and Network+. Outside of work, Nick volunteers as a Kindergarten soccer coach. He also enjoys hunting, fishing and watching college football and hockey. He loves spending time with his wife, Heidi, and their two kids, Hunter and Parker.

Raymon E. Smalley IV

As an IT Consultant at 415 Group, Raymon E. Smalley plays a key role in ensuring that each of our clients' technology needs are managed expertly. He brings a history of expertise to his position as well as a deep sense of resourcefulness to help solve problems and provide solutions for clients. With an associate degree in computer science and numerous technology certifications, Raymon adds his personal philosophy of "doing whatever it takes" to every aspect of his position as he serves client needs. He strives for innovation, as well, and is always looking for new ways to help keep the firm ahead of the competition. When he's not at work, Raymon loves being with his wife and son, Oliver. When the weather permits, they spend as much time as possible outdoors and enjoy seeing family and friends. Raymon is an IT Consultant within the 415 Group Information Technology division.

Renee S. Bischoff

In April 2023, Renee Bischoff joined 415 Group's IT department. She is responsible for making calls and generating opportunities for new clients, as well as following up on qualified leads and securing appointments for 415 Group's IT partner with prospects. At 415 Group, Renee loves the atmosphere and positive energy across the entire firm: "415 Group is an amazing company that takes pride in providing excellent service to clients and being passionate about the care they give clients and employees. I am very proud to be employed by the 415 Group." She describes her work philosophy as being a loyal, dependable employee, striving to do her best. She enjoys customer service and will always go the extra mile for client satisfaction. Prior to joining 415 Group, Renee worked at Life Line Screening, completing more than 100 cold calls each day. Outside of work, Renee enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and their families and friends. She lives on a lake, so summer weekends are spent on their boat. Her two sons live in California, and she says, "They are my world, and I look forward to their visits every year." Renee supports a variety of local non-profits, including Stark County Humane Society, Jackson Bear Hugs, Domestic Violence Project, Inc., COMPASS Rape Crisis Center, and The Patriot Ball to honor those who served. Her favorite quote is by Vivian Greene: "Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass. It is about learning to dance in the rain."

Sai Kaushik Pagadala

Sai Kaushik Pagadala is an apps engineer at 415 Group. His responsibilities include handling work automation, focusing on IT MSP automation, working on automating tasks for the accounting staff and on developing APIs. Sai's work philosophy centers on the power of collaboration and leadership. He says, "I firmly believe teamwork is the cornerstone of success. When we work together as a cohesive unit, we not only assist our clients in reaching their objectives but also cultivate an environment of continuous learning." He says he aims to lead by setting an example, consistently going above and beyond for 415 Group clients and assisting colleagues whenever needed. "Maintaining a positive attitude, especially during challenging moments, is a priority for me," says Sai. "This positivity not only motivates me but also influences those around me, fostering a productive and creative atmosphere." In his spare time, Sai likes travelling and playing games. His family holds a special place in his heart. "I'm fortunate to have a caring and supportive family, including my parents, my sister and my fantastic brother-in-law. My sister and brother-in-law have played a significant role in my achievements, offering unwavering support. We have a close-knit relationship and relish the moments we spend together." Sandy R. Fisher

Working in a collaborative culture, Sandy R. Fisher demonstrates true teamwork in her role at 415 Group. As an account manager, she works in the firm's Information Technology division. Sandy supports 415's clients by managing service agreements, quoting, purchasing, invoicing and ensuring overall client satisfaction. Sandy joined 415 group in June 2006. Timothy D. Kolosky

Timothy D. Kolosky joined 415 Group's IT department in April 2021. He provides remote assistance to clients to resolve their technical issues, ensuring the seamless operation of their business and ensuring absolute customer satisfaction. When asked to describe his work philosophy, Tim explained: "I have always been highly motivated and passionate about my work. I am always striving to better myself both as an employee and as a person. I take pleasure in helping others, whether it is a client or a coworker, and always stay friendly and positive no matter how difficult or frustrating a situation may become. I believe strongly in accountability and always take responsibility for my actions." As a part of 415 Group, Tim enjoys his coworkers, who he characterizes as "extremely positive, friendly, and helpful." He is also excited about the learning opportunities that come with supporting a vast array of different types of technical issues. Outside of work, Tim enjoys hiking and shed hunting (looking for deer and elk antlers that drop off each spring to grow back larger each year) in the mountains of Colorado, playing video games, and watching horror movies. He loves watching sports and is an avid supporter of any Cleveland and Columbus based team. Tim provides remote assistance to clients to resolve IT issues for seamless business operations.

Trenton P. Maynard

Trenton P. Maynard joined 415 Group as an IT Field Engineer in the Spring of 2020. As part of the firm's IT Field Team, he does onsite and remote work for clients. He also manages the simulated phishing campaign program. His prior experience includes working at the College of Communication and Information at Kent State University as a Student User Support Analyst. Trenton enjoys the relaxed working environment at 415 Group, which he says allows everyone to be more like friends than coworkers. Trenton's work philosophy centers around having a positive attitude: "Attitudes are contagious, so you should always make yours worth catching. I try to bring a positive attitude to the table every day, and I always try to make people smile." Outside of work, he enjoys working out, playing and watching basketball, reading, playing video games and eating good food. He also like spending time with friends and his large extended family.
