Advance Casper is focused, but not limited, on targeting businesses that leverage our existing workforce and business community while diversifying the economy... Advance Casper is a public-private organization serving as the economic development organization for the City of Casper and Natrona County, Wyoming. Advance Casper is funded by small businesses, larger corporations, and individual dues-paying members. Advance Casper also contracts with the City of Casper, Natrona County, and the Economic Development Joint Powers Board to provide economic development services. Our community partners and members understand the importance of economic development, workforce development, and quality of life needs in Casper, Mills, and Evansville and support the economic vitality of our communities through collaboration and endorsement... Advance Casper aims to improve our local, state, and regional engagement, as well as public and private enterprises in our economic development initiatives.
