WOMEN'S ULTIMATE

Boston College Women's Ultimate provides a competitive, fun-loving environment for students looking to play a competitive club sport in college. We are a family that knows how to have fun, whether it be during a routine practice or while spending time with the men's ultimate team. Boston College Women's Ultimate is always looking for new players. We stress that no previous experience is necessary. In fact, although some of the current players are former high school varsity athletes, very few knew how to throw a disc properly on the first day of practice. The Flix spend the fall teaching the rookies the fundamentals. Practices are held three times a week and incorporate strength training and endurance workouts into our schedules during the winter months.
