Gina joined Bishop and Adkins in the fall of 2016. She brings with her many years of office management experience and also has an accounting background. Gina is the person responsible for the majority of the administrative functions of the firm.

Rick is the founding partner. After working at a large local firm in Towson, he started the firm that became Bishop & Adkins, P.A. in 1991. Rick knew he possessed the technical skills, commitment to service, and personality to operate a CPA firm.
Rick is a member of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants, and the Maryland Society of Accounting and Tax Professionals. A Bel Air native, Rick has been a CPA since 1987.
