The mission of C & C Health Care Services is to enhance the well-being of the community by providing comprehensive health care services including prevention, education, primary care, behavioral health, addiction services, & wound care services with a special emphasis on the military, medically under served, and low income populations. Our goal is to provide a "medical home" for the under served by significantly expanding access to primary care, behavioral health, disease management, prevention, and educational services... Need someone to talk to? We also provide remote therapy for our clients who live in the rural areas.
