Andy was engaged in the private practice of law for 13 years before becoming State Manager and Title Counsel at Vermont Attorneys Title Corporation in 1997. He graduated from Williams College and Vermont Law School. As an underwriter, Andy is a problem solver - helping nearly 200 CATIC attorneys resolve title issues. He is a member of the Vermont Bar Association's Title Standards subcommittee, which he chaired for seven years, and the VBA Real Property Law Committee, which he chaired for eight years. Andy regularly presents at professional education seminars on real property issues and he is always active in legislative issues affecting the marketability of title. He and his wife live in Williston, Vermont where he is a former member of the town select board and school board. He currently chairs the town's Board of Civil Authority.

Anthony Lombardi currently serves as Vice President and Associate General Counsel for CATIC, where he handles corporate legal matters for the organization. Anthony also oversees CATIC's Commercial Services office and CATIC's Claims Department. Prior to joining CATIC, he was in private practice in Brookline, MA, where he focused on commercial and residential real estate development and conveyancing, as well as zoning and land use litigation. Anthony received his B.A. from the University of Connecticut and a J.D. from New England School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and Connecticut.
Anthony sits on the Board of Directors of the Connecticut Italian-American Bar Association and serves as its treasurer. He also sits on the Board of Directors for the Wolcott (CT) Circle of Sports organization, and is an elected Zoning Board of Appeals member in his hometown of Wolcott, CT.
Attorney Ciejka was most recently General Counsel and Human Resources Director at Western New England Bancorp, Inc. and its subsidiary Westfield Bank in Westfield, Massachusetts. He was a member of the Executive management team of both companies responsible for all legal, human resources and compensation and insurance related matters.

Damon Carter is the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Connecticut Attorneys Title Insurance Company (CATIC) and is responsible for developing and executing the company's human capital strategy. A business leader with over 20 years of diverse experience, he has held HR leadership roles with several Fortune 50 companies including DaimlerChrysler, United Technologies Corporation, General Electric, Express Scripts and Aetna. He also serves as an Adjunct Research Analyst for International Data Corporation's global IT Executive Program and provides HR thought leadership to the information technology, telecommunications and consumer technology markets.
Damon is a member of CATIC's board of directors. He is also a board member of Nutmeg Big Brothers Big Sisters in Hartford, CT.
Damon is responsible for developing and executing the company's human capital strategy. He is responsible for cultivating a winning culture, building a compelling employee value proposition and leveraging workforce analytics to drive organizational effectiveness. Given his past experience in LEAN/Six Sigma manufacturing environments, he is also responsible for establishing continuous process improvement as a core competency for the organization. A business leader with over 20 years of diverse experience in both union and non-union environments, he has held HR leadership roles with several Fortune 50 companies including DaimlerChrysler, United Technologies Corporation, General Electric, Express Scripts and Aetna.

Damon has over 20 years of diverse experience in human resource leadership, including employee relations, strategic workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and continuous process improvement (i.e., LEAN/Six Sigma). He holds a Master of Arts Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Detroit-Mercy and graduated magna cum laude from Wayne State University (Detroit, MI) with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology.

Mrs. Lopez's practice includes representation of buyers and sellers of commercial real estate and operating businesses from contract negotiation through closing, including complete due diligence review and creation of business entities to raise capital and operate the property. She works with all property types, including office buildings, hotels, shopping centers, and apartment and condominium properties and handles related closing matters, including non-competition contracts, franchise agreements and operating agreements.
Mrs. Lopez represents owners and tenants in the leasing of office, industrial and retail property and is very familiar with the business and legal issues in single tenant and multi-tenant leases and related "turn-key" and "build-to-suit" construction arrangements for tenant improvements.

Ed Forristall oversees all of the branch and state offices and coordinates the company's growth efforts in its expanding geographic footprint. He is a title insurance industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience in underwriting, auditing, sales, and state and operations management.

Guy has been with the Company since 1999 and has been the General Counsel to CATIC and CATIC Financial, Inc. since 2014. His prior experience at CATIC includes serving as an underwriter, president of a subsidiary handling tax fee exchanges under IRC 1031, and Associate General Counsel overseeing the Underwriting and Claims departments. He has been an active member of the American Bar Association's Title Insurance Litigation Committee and is a past chair of the American Land Title Association's Claims Administration Committee. He has spoken at numerous forums across the United States on a variety of title insurance topics.
Guy is a graduate of Connecticut College and the University of Connecticut School of Law. Before joining CATIC, he was in private practice for 13 years with a concentration in commercial transactions, land use matters and related litigation. While in practice, he also served on the Board of Governors of the Connecticut Bar Association.

Jim received his B.S. in Finance, cum laude, from the University of Connecticut. While attending law school, he worked for a high-volume residential law firm in East Hartford, CT where he was a title searcher for three years. He graduated from Western New England College School of Law and started work for a national title insurance underwriter in 1995. In October 2015 he was named President and Chief Executive Officer of CATIC. A 20-year veteran of the title industry, Jim has held many positions and has experience in claims administration, underwriting, sales, and operations management. A Past President of the Connecticut Title Association, he is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association's Real Property Section, the New England Land Title Association, the American Land Title Association, and the Real Estate Finance Association of Connecticut.

Jeremy Potter is a strategist, advisor, entrepreneur and business leader. Most recently, he is leading a startup in the title insurance industry. Prior to being a startup co-founder and advisor, Potter was Chief Evangelist and VP Product Strategy at Stavvy. Stavvy is a Boston-based fintech in the digital closing space. Potter spent almost 6 years at Rocket Mortgage both as legal counsel and Senior Director of Strategy and Innovation. He got his start in Connecticut joining Norcom Mortgage & Insurance as General Counsel. Potter is a frequent speaker and author in the real estate and housing finance industry. He is a Board Member at CATIC in Rocky Hill, a member of the Board of Directors at the Massachusetts Mortgage Bankers Association (MMBA) and a Board advisor with Knox Capital in Chicago, IL. Attorney Keith Shaw is a native of Brooklyn, New York. He graduated Stuyvesant High School in 1973 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Brooklyn College and a Juris Doctorate degree from Western New England University School of Law.
Attorney Shaw has served on the CATIC Board of Directors since 2001 and has served as Chairman of the Governance and Claims committees. He is currently the Chairman of the Board of CATIC.
In addition, Attorney Shaw serves as a Commissioner of the Town of Glastonbury Zoning Board and is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association Real Property Section and the Connecticut Mortgage Bankers Association Closing Committee. He is a former director of Connecticut Friends for ALS Research and the Kennebunk Beach Improvement Association.
Attorney Shaw's law office is located in Rocky Hill, Connecticut with a concentration in residential and commercial real estate transactions, business transactions, condominium collections and estate planning.
Ken is a founding member of Goldman Gruder & Woods, LLC and Chairman of the Real Estate Law Practice Group, where he has practiced since 1995. Goldman Gruder & Woods, LLC has offices in Norwalk, Greenwich and Trumbull, Connecticut and Tarrytown, New York. He handles all aspects of residential and commercial real estate law, including purchases, sales, refinances, evictions, foreclosures, short sales and loan workouts. Kosta is an experienced entrepreneur and the Founder of Ligris®, and ACES Title Agency where he served as CEO and Managing Partner for over 15 years before becoming a strategic advisor. His former practice concentrated on residential and commercial real estate transactions; the firm he founded represents buyers, sellers, and developers in the acquisition, sale and development of residential and commercial real estate. Kosta has also served in a general counsel capacity for certain investors and developers by providing guidance on various legal matters and coordinating representation with other lawyers and law firms. He has served as a strategic advisor and board member to several large scale real estate companies, insurers and startups. He is presently Cofounder and CEO of Stavvy, a Boston venture backed fintech startup. Kosta is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts, New York, Washington D.C., and the United States Federal Court for the First District. He has been recognized as a real estate "Super Lawyer" for ten consecutive years. He is an entrepreneur in residence at the Martin Trust Center for MIT Entrepreneurship where he works with founders and early stage startups in the MIT ecosystem across all verticals. Kyle oversees the national and multi-state division within The CATIC Family of Companies. He is a 30-plus year veteran of the title insurance industry, having held executive leadership positions for several regional title insurance underwriters and multi-state title agencies. He previously served as Executive Vice President, Business Development and Executive Vice President, Agency for two large regional title insurance underwriters, overseeing national agency expansion efforts and company revenue growth.

Attorney Farrell graduated from Smith College and received her law degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law. In 1982, Attorney Farrell established her own general private practice firm in Middletown, which firm ultimately became Farrell, Geenty, Sheeley, Boccalatte & Guarino, P.C. She served as Corporation Counsel for the City of Middletown, as an officer of the Middlesex Bar Association, as a member of the House of Delegates and the Board of Governors for the Connecticut Bar Association, and as director of the Connecticut Title Insurance Board. Prior to retiring from private practice, Attorney Farrell served as a mediator and collaborative divorce attorney, and established Resolution Through Mediation LLC. She also served as a Special Master in divorce and custody matters and as an Attorney Trial Referee. Attorney Farrell previously served as Chairperson of CATIC and CATIC Financial, and currently serves as Vice Chair of CATIC Financial.

Reese Lacasse is responsible for all technology, systems, networks, and process automation used by CATIC. Before joining CATIC, Reese was the Director of Information Technology and Command Center Operations for Insurity. At Insurity, Reese was responsible for all systems and operations which hosted end-to-end policy processing systems for some of the largest insurance companies in the world such as Allstate, Nationwide, Geico, and Tokio Marine Insurance companies.
Over his 25-year career, Reese has held many IT leadership positions in both small and large companies in insurance, manufacturing, software development, and university settings.

Rich ensures compliance with regulatory authority for every state in which CATIC conducts business and monitors legislative enactments on the federal and state level. Rich received his law degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law as well as an undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut in Storrs. Mr. Hogan is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He has coauthored two articles for the Connecticut Bar Journal.

Dick Lawrence is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Connecticut. He has extensive finance and accounting experience through senior finance and management roles for a variety of insurance organizations located in Connecticut, and has also helped establish insurance enterprises in Vermont, London, and Bermuda. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants. Tom also organized the Connecticut Captive Insurance Association, and currently serves as its president. Previously, Tom served as General Counsel of the AIX Group, a mid-sized commercial property and casualty insurance group. Tracy works as part of the Senior Management Team, focusing on improving the company's overall productivity and effectiveness and promoting its growth. She serves as the Chair of our State Expansion Committee, and manages all aspects of the company's marketing efforts, including our websites, publications, and social media. She also heads up our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) project which is allowing CATIC to gain operational efficiencies in several departments.
Tracy sits on the Board of Directors for Gift of Adoption, a non-profit that provides grants to complete the adoptions of vulnerable children. She is an active member of ALTA, and serves on its Membership and Marketing Committees and its Homeowner Outreach Program.
William Rosa, a partner at Wynn & Wynn, leads the Real Estate and Business Division and concentrates his practice in the areas of business law, commercial real estate, zoning and land development. Mr. Rosa is a past President of the Taunton Bar Association and Segregansett Country Club and a past Chairman of the Taunton Area Chamber of Commerce and Old Colony YMCA. He currently serves on the Board of Sharon Crescent United Credit Union. Mr. Rosa was educated at Rutgers University and New England School of Law, and has been an instructor at Newbury Junior College in the fields of real estate, wills and trusts. He has spoken on numerous occasions concerning land use and real estate topics.
William W. Weber founded Weber and Carrier in 1968 and is currently of counsel. Attorney Weber practices in the areas of real estate, probate, estate planning, and business transactions. He is a graduate of Trinity College and the Cornell University Law School, where he was elected to the Board of Editors of the Law Review. Attorney Weber served as a state prosecutor, and as Corporate Counsel to the town of Berlin, the City of New Britain, and the Mattabassett Regional Sewer Authority.
