Andrew D. Mikell

Andy was engaged in the private practice of law for 13 years before becoming State Manager and Title Counsel at Vermont Attorneys Title Corporation in 1997. He graduated from Williams College and Vermont Law School. As an underwriter, Andy is a problem solver - helping nearly 200 CATIC attorneys resolve title issues. He is a member of the Vermont Bar Association's Title Standards subcommittee, which he chaired for seven years, and the VBA Real Property Law Committee, which he chaired for eight years. Andy regularly presents at professional education seminars on real property issues and he is always active in legislative issues affecting the marketability of title. He and his wife live in Williston, Vermont where he is a former member of the town select board and school board. He currently chairs the town's Board of Civil Authority.

Anthony Lombardi currently serves as Vice President and Associate General Counsel for CATIC, where he handles corporate legal matters for the organization. Tom has spent his career in the insurance and reinsurance industries, assisting clients with their corporate, legal, and risk management needs, and has specialized in the alternative risk transfer market. Tom also organized the Connecticut Captive Insurance Association, and currently serves as its president. Previously, Tom served as General Counsel of the AIX Group, a mid-sized commercial property and casualty insurance group. A graduate of St. Michael's College, with a J.D. from Catholic University, Tom is admitted to practice in both Connecticut and New York.

Tracy Burger

Tracy works as part of the Senior Management Team, focusing on improving the company's overall productivity and effectiveness and promoting its growth. She serves as the Chair of our State Expansion Committee, and manages all aspects of the company's marketing efforts, including our websites, publications, and social media. She also heads up our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) project which is allowing CATIC to gain operational efficiencies in several departments. Tracy sits on the Board of Directors for Gift of Adoption, a non-profit that provides grants to complete the adoptions of vulnerable children. She is an active member of ALTA, and serves on its Membership and Marketing Committees and its Homeowner Outreach Program.

William Rosa

Mr. Rosa is a past President of the Taunton Bar Association and Segregansett Country Club and a past Chairman of the Taunton Area Chamber of Commerce and Old Colony YMCA. He currently serves on the Board of Sharon Crescent United Credit Union. Mr. Rosa was educated at Rutgers University and New England School of Law, and has been an instructor at Newbury Junior College in the fields of real estate, wills and trusts. Attorney Weber served as a state prosecutor, and as Corporate Counsel to the town of Berlin, the City of New Britain, and the Mattabassett Regional Sewer Authority.
