Alexandra Higl-Timms serves as the Program Manager at the Center for Public & Nonprofit Management, overseeing student enrichment (i.e. internships & mentoring) and women's leadership programs, as well as assisting with professional development activities. She also spearheads the Center's communications, social media, and marketing efforts.
Alexandra graduated from John Carroll University in 2015 with a bachelor's degree in Communications studying journalism & media writing. In 2018, she received her Master of Public Administration with a focus in Nonprofit Management from Cleveland State University. She previously served as the graduate assistant to the MPA program director at Maxine Goodman Levin School of Urban Affairs, and was a founding member and the inaugural president of the University's International City/County Management Association (ICMA) student chapter.
Prior to her experience at Cleveland State University, Alexandra worked as a freelance journalist and community outreach coordinator. In the summer of 2017, she served as a Public Policy Fellow at Cuyahoga County.
Alexandra is passionate about connecting students with experiential learning opportunities, and admires their drive and ambition to enact change in the community.
In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering, playing the violin, and exploring Cleveland. She's also a health & wellness enthusiast, and a certified group fitness instructor.

Caitlin Hawkins is the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Training at The Diversity Institute in the Maxine Goodman Levin School of Urban Affairs at Cleveland State University. Caitlin is responsible for leading the development and execution of interactive, context-driven diversity, equity, and inclusion workshops for students, staff, and faculty of Cleveland State University, and for external clients and organizational partners of The Diversity Institute.
Caitlin has over 12 years of experience facilitating dialogue around diversity, equity, and inclusion topics, and spent the last 6 years developing, facilitating, and evaluating DEI workshops and DEI organizational consulting and strategic planning for businesses, nonprofits, and government agencies across Ohio and nationally. She served 3 years on the Curriculum Committee for the Jack, Joseph, and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Science at Case Western Reserve University and often serves as a field placement instructor for social work students.
Caitlin earned a Master of Science in Social Administration (Community Social Work) and a Master of Nonprofit Organizations degree from Case Western Reserve University, for which she earned membership to the Nu Lambda Mu Honor Society. She earned her Bachelor's in Women's and Gender Studies with an emphasis on Black Feminist Theory from Wheaton College in Norton, Massachusetts.

Kara Copeland is the Assistant Dean for Partnerships and Special Projects in the Maxine Goodman Levin School of Urban Affairs. In this role, she works to build partnerships and develop opportunities for civic engagement.
Before joining Cleveland State, Kara managed outreach and community relations for the Westshore Campus of Cuyahoga Community College. She has held a variety of roles within the nonprofit sector, serving as a program officer in community responsive grantmaking for the Cleveland Foundation and as the director of resource development for the Boys & Girls Club of Cleveland. Kara received a B. A in Communications from John Carroll University, and a MSSA from the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences at Case Western Reserve University.

Karie Coffman is the Assistant Dean for Student Services in Levin College of Public Affairs and Education. She has worked in academic advising at Cleveland State since 2006. Rachel Singer is the Assistant Dean of Student Services in the Maxine Goodman Levin School of Urban Affairs. Since joining the Office of Student and Enrollment Services in 2005, she has worked with graduate programs, internships and graduate assistantships, and academic advising.
Prior to joining Cleveland State, Rachel coordinated LearnChicago! programs and intern placement at the Chicago Center for Urban Life and Culture. She received a B.A. in Sociology from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon, and an M.P.A. and a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the Maxine Goodman Levin School of Urban Affairs.

Ms. Bliss received a Master's degree in Library and Information Science and Bachelor's degree in English from Kent State University. She also holds certifications in both Database Systems Technology and Web Design from Cleveland State University's Continuing Education Program, and was formerly a Librarian and Researcher in the private and governmental sectors.
She is a member of the American Library Association and the Association of Public Data Users, and is a Northeast Ohio regional contact for the U.S. Census State Data Center Affiliate Program.
Ms. Bliss manages the NODIS Information Center's operations, research projects, and data requests. During her tenure at NODIS, she has provided hundreds of clients with demographic information in the form of customized demographic reports, project related data analysis, and "how to" reference services. She is also responsible for the development and maintenance of many NODIS-supported websites and databases. In addition, Ms. Bliss provides data, analysis, and narrative writing to college publications.
Ms. Bliss has taught undergraduate computer and cartography courses as an adjunct faculty member for the Maxine Goodman Levin School of Urban Affairs, and conducts data-driven workshops and presentations for both internal (within Cleveland State University) and external clients.
Ms. Bliss also serves as the College's Webmaster and Social Media Specialist.

Steve Antol, Manager of Administrative Services for Maxine Goodman Levin School of Urban Affairs and the realigned college, earned his BA from CWRU and his MPA from the Maxine Goodman Levin School of Urban Affairs. He has worked at a number of Cleveland institutions over the years, including Cleveland's pioneer organic grocer, the Cleveland Food Co-op, and the Cleveland Free Times/Scene Magazine before joining CSU in 2010.
