Amy E. Higdon was admitted to the bar in Indiana in 1999. Born in Marion, Indiana, Ms. Higdon obtained her undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from Ball State University in 1996 and her law degree, cum laude, from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 1999. Ms. Higdon commenced her legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Margret G. Robb, Indiana Court of Appeals, in 1999, and thereafter began practicing law in 2001. Ms. Higdon is a Certified Family Law Specialist - Family Law Certification Board, is a trained collaborative law attorney, sits on the board of the Central Indiana Association of Collaborative Professionals, and serves on the Family and Juvenile Law Section Council.

Beth A. Barnes focuses her practice exclusively in the area of family law. She made the transition to family law in May 2016 after spending six years in civil litigation that comprised of family law, insurance defense, personal injury, collections, and bankruptcy. Beth represents clients with all types of family law issues including: divorce and legal separation; custody; parenting time (visitation); child support; paternity; prenuptial and postnuptial agreements; post-decree modification and enforcement; contempt actions; guardianships; emancipation; relocations; adoptions; protective orders; and Guardian Ad Litem work. Beth received her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Criminology in 2003 from Ball State University. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis in December 2009 where she was a member of the Appellate Clinic, Indiana Health Law Review, Order of the Barristers in the Stanton Intramural Moot Court Competition, and served as the Secretary and member of the Indianapolis Bar Association Law Student Division Board.
Beth joined Cross Glazier Reed Burroughs, P.C. in May 2016. She was admitted to practice in the State of Indiana on May 17, 2010, as well as, both the Northern and Southern District Federal Courts of Indiana. Beth is a member of the American Bar Association, Indiana State Bar Association, and Indianapolis Bar Association.
When not working, Beth spends her time raising her three children, being an active member of her church, traveling with friends and family, returning to the family farm, attending sporting events, cooking, baking and spending time with her family and pets.
Brandon C. Elkins-Barkley's practice is focused on complex family law litigation, tax, and the division of various types of retirement and employment benefits. Brandon provides comprehensive family legal services involving custody disputes and parenting issues, while also representing high net-worth clients with complex benefits packages and financial issues. Brandon practices in state and federal courts. In addition to his law degree, Brandon achieved a Masters of Law in Taxation from the University of Denver. While Brandon is a family law attorney with over a decade of experience, his practice has allowed him to represent clients in the Indiana Supreme Court, Indiana Court of Appeals, state trial courts, and in federal administrative appeals. Also, Brandon brings his unique experience of having worked in an international family law firm to his client matters involving disputes and issues reaching far beyond Indiana. A graduate of the Indiana University Maurer School of Law in Bloomington, Brandon is originally from Phoenix, Arizona. Brandon grew up in Colorado and attended high school in Nashville, Tennessee. As the child of parents who divorced in his infancy, Brandon has a personal perspective on how the divorce process effects children. He clerked for the Honorable Richard Caschette in Colorado's 18th Judicial District before entering private practice. Brandon returned to Indiana in 2018, where he has been ever since.
Brandon believes keeping a focus on litigation preparation and creative strategy is essential in representing clients, he also is always looking for opportunities to resolve and minimize intrafamily conflict. Jane Daet is an associate with Cross Glazier Reed Burroughs, P.C. and has been part of the team since 2001 and she has been working in the legal field since 1989. Born in Indianapolis, Indiana, Ms. Daet received her social science B.S. degree with a minor in psychology at Indiana University Purdue University of Indianapolis and obtained a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. She is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, Indianapolis Bar Association and the Hamilton County Bar Association. Ms. Daet has served as a Court Appointed Guardian Ad Litem. Ms. Daet is also married and a mother of four children.

Ms. Cross has written numerous articles and lectured at family law seminars throughout her career. Natalie Snyder is a Certified Family Law Specialist certified by the Family Law Certification Board. She is also a trained collaborative lawyer, a trained parenting coordinator, trained civil mediator, and has been named a 2023 Super Lawyer in Indianapolis Monthly magazine for family law. She has lectured and written on various family law issues and represented medical, legal, accounting, financial, closely held business owners, family farms, executives, teachers, fireman and police officers, and other professionals and spouses. In addition to complex legal divisions of assets and debts, Natalie has specialized in developing unique custody and parenting time plans to meet the needs of her individual clients. Natalie is a former board member of the Indianapolis Bar Association, and she is the past Chair of the Family Law Section of the Indianapolis Bar Association. Natalie is an Indianapolis Bar Foundation Distinguished Fellow and was a member of the Foundation's Grant Committee in 2012.
