Helped AOL, DataLogix and SpotX become global companies. Served one of the first digital banners in 1996, pioneered using offline data for online targeting, and launched one of the first video programmatic marketplaces in 2011. Executed over $1 billion in digital media.

Ray co-founded RLB Holdings with his wife Lydia in 2011 and is the managing general partner. Ray is also a member of the Respondology Board. Ray is also a minority owner of the New York Yankees.
