Barry Hines has been married to Amy for well over 30 years and lives in Elkhart, IN. A mechanical engineer with over 40 years of experience in the field of bus manufacturing, he now holds the position of Sr. Vice-President of Engineering for a global transportation manufacturing enterprise. Barry and Amy have two married adult children and love to see this beautiful nation on their motorcycles.
Brian Boyles serves as the Lead Pastor at Church on Main (formerly FBC) in Snellville,GA. He followed God's call to ministry by earning a BA in Biblical Studies, with a focus in Christian Philosophy, from Southern Evangelical College in Matthews, NC in 2009. In 2011, Brian completed a Masters of Divinity with a focus on the original biblical languages, theology and preaching. He is currently planning for a doctoral degree. Brian also serves on the Board of Directors of "Build the Village Ministries" in Nandi Hills, Kenya. Brian was married to his wife, Amy, in 2004 and God has blessed them with two wonderful children: a daughter, Elizabeth Anne, born in 2005, and a son, Jackson, born in 2006. Georgia-born, David Pope spent the first decade of his career as an accountant, auditor, and administrator in the public utility industry. For the next two decades, he led local churches in Mississippi, New York, Indiana, and Pennsylvania while also providing strategic leadership to church planting and development efforts in a pioneer area of North America.
For the past decade, David has served overseas in West Africa and helped lead two US-based missions organizations (Reach the Rest and the Issachar Initiative) with a focus on seeing churches form and multiply where none previously existed. In 2018, David founded Pope Initiatives, a non-profit organization to advocate for an obedient, unified response to Christ's global Great Commission. In partnership with Strategic Resource Group, Pope Initiatives provided leadership to an unreached people group initiative aimed at seeing biblical churches form and multiply among 90 unreached people groups that spoke 30 different languages across 15 countries of the Greater Middle east, North Africa, and Central Asia. Now, Pope Initiatives is taking its ministry within Connexus Global to expand the work of both organizations.
David and his wife of 43+ years (Cindy) reside in Lebanon, Pennsylvania where he serves his local church as an elder and youth volunteer.

Roy is the Senior Pastor of Grace Fellowship Church in Niles OH since 2013. He has pastored for over 30 years. He is a visionary leader who God has used to lead three different congregations, all have flourished and grown under his leadership. He is passionate about leading people to Jesus and discipling people to become disciples who make disciples. He has led several major building projects in his pastorates, raising millions of dollars for church buildings, new campuses, and ministry expansions, as well as, raising millions of dollars for worldwide missions. Roy has traveled extensively preaching and teaching the Word of God, serving national pastors, missionaries and missions organizations in many countries. Roy has a few titles; Pastor, author, mentor, friend, teacher, motivator but he is most proud of his titles of husband to his wife April of 35 years, Dad, to his four daughters, Alison, Ashle, Amelia and Alivia and MackDaddy to his seven grandchildren.
