Cardiovascular and Thoracic Solutions, LLC was born out of the realization that solutions are not only needed in our specialty but remain elusive for many surgeons and programs. Our aim is to provide durable solutions for both surgeons and hospital programs... From the standpoint of the surgeon, many have found the employed model less than satisfying yet do not perceive a ready alternative that will be rewarding clinically. Many strive for the ability to control their circumstances, their time out of the hospital and to have a meaningful voice in the direction of their program. We offer surgeons the opportunity to step outside of the employed model without a reduction in income and to have their skills help to solve the problems programs may be facing. We offer them a surgical group experience to discuss difficult cases, to help manage clinical issues and to assure them that there will be adequate time out of the hospital and that their patients will be covered by good experienced..
