Mike has 20 years of real estate and investment securities experience, 10 years of which he was with a national real estate and DST investment firm. Mike advises clients with investment planning with a focus on real estate, 1031 exchanges and other financial planning and estate needs. Mike has a strong knowledge base and experience with the process of underwriting, developing and syndicating investment and commercial real estate offerings. He is a member of the DAI investment committee and actively participates in the due diligence process for all investments.
Mike is a graduate of Montana State University in Bozeman, MT, with honors, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship and currently holds Series 7, 66 and 22 licenses. He is a licensed real estate broker and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) with advanced coursework in financial and market analysis and extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry. Mike is also a member of the Alternative & Direct Investment Securities Association (ADISA) and frequently speaks or sits on panels at national conferences.
Mike and his wife, Amy, have one daughter, Olivia. In their spare time, they enjoy spending time at their lake cabin, snow sports, hunting, mountain biking, traveling and most anything outdoors.
