Ms. Adams serves as a property administrator for Flagship Healthcare Properties' healthcare real estate portfolio in the North Region. In this role, she works closely with our Property Managers to provide quality assurance for our tenants and vendors. Her day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating vendor engagement and procurement, tenant engagement, ensuring compliance, database management, and various other projects. Prior to joining the firm, Abril was a Property Management Assistant at Thalhimer before spending the last 2 years as a stay-at-home mother. Before her time with Thalhimer, Abril worked in multi-family residential property management and managed private residential rentals with a small real estate company.
Abril is a mother to 3 girls ages 9, 6 and 2. In her spare time she enjoys reading, gardening, trying new restaurants and finding fun and creative things to do with her kids.

Alexis is executive vice president and director of investor relations for Flagship Healthcare Properties. She helps lead the company's efforts to grow and manage our network of accredited investors in the firm's private real estate invesment trust, Flagship Healthcare Trust, and engage with the investment community.
Professional Experience
Amanda joined Flagship Healthcare Properties as a Property Manager in September of 2019. She currently manages a portfolio of the firm's medical office properties in the Central Region, including locations in the NC Triad and Triangle areas including Asheboro, Greensboro, Cary, Durham, Raleigh, Rocky Mount and Winston-Salem. While performing general property management functions, she works closely with engineering and a wide array of vendors to ensure first-class operations at all of her properties, with additional focus on meeting the financial and retention goals of management and ownership groups.
Prior to joining Flagship Healthcare Properties, Amanda spent 7 years in Retail Property Management as the General Manager of Alamance Crossing in Burlington, NC - an 800,000 square open-air retail and entertainment development.
A long-time resident of the Burlington/Greensboro, NC area, Amanda loves spending her time with her husband, step-sons and fur-child, Oliver.

Her primary responsibilities include financial reporting for 18 entities in the medical and retail portfolio of the firm. Andrew Dhionis joined the firm as an analyst with the Asset Management team and now serves as Vice President of Asset Management. He is responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating the firm's REIT valuation model. Andrew also assists the Asset Management, Investments, and Acquisitions departments in evaluating current and potential investments.
Prior to joining Flagship Healthcare Properties, Andrew spent over two years with Columbus Nova, a Charlotte based commercial real estate investment group. Andrew served as a Net Lease Acquisitions Analyst for Columbus Nova, supporting deal origination and acquisition execution for investments in single-tenant net lease assets.
A native of Massachusetts, Andrew has lived in Charlotte, NC since 2015. In addition to spending time with family and friends, he enjoys golfing and fishing.

Mrs. Flynn is an Executive Administrative Assistant for Flagship Healthcare Properties. She also serves as the company's Investor Liaison. In addition to providing administrative support to the management team, Angie's responsibilities include streamlining communication to and admission of investors in company-sponsored projects. Prior to joining FHP, Angie worked in education at Providence Day School.
Ms. Walker serves as Senior Accountant for Flagship Healthcare Properties. She handles all corporate accounting functions for the firm. In addition, she is the accountant for our real estate investment fund, Flagship Healthcare Real Estate Fund.

Reed has been responsible for the leasing of many notable medical office assets in North Carolina, including Eastover Medical Park III - Charlotte (50,000 SF), Streets of Toringdon Medical Park - Charlotte (70,000 SF), Park Medical Plaza - Huntersville (60,000 SF), Gilead Medical Park - Huntersville (30,000 SF), Medical Park Plaza - Mooresville (35,000 SF), Professional Medical Center - Greensboro (90,000 SF) and OrthoCarolina MOB - Matthews (40,000 SF).
Additionally, Reed advises numerous medical practices on their real estate portfolio and speaks regularly at healthcare real estate-related conferences.

Mrs. Lembo joined the firm as Closing Consultant. She works in the area of new purchase and loan transactions arising out of Flagship Healthcare Properties' efforts to acquire and manage medical properties around the southeastern US. Primarily she assists in the areas of management of due diligence investigation and coordinating execution of all necessary paperwork for selling and/or purchasing property. Barbara also handles the commercial lending documentation needs that may arise in the operations of Flagship Healthcare Properties' medical and office portfolio, as well as deals with all aspects of I.R.S. section 1031 investments. Barbara brings to the firm over 30 years' experience as a commercial real estate attorney, prior to her retirement from practice in 2014.

Crystal McLean joined our team in July of 2020. She directly manages 7 properties and assists a Property Manager with day-to-day operations. Although she is originally from Swansea, South Carolina, she relocated to Charlotte from the Atlanta area in 2020. Crystal brings to the team 8 years of commercial property management experience focusing on office and retail. She has worked for several companies such as Jones Lang Lasalle and Parkway Properties and is used to managing relationships with different types of ownership groups.
When she's not managing vendors or heads down in financial reports, she can be found fishing by a lake or whipping up various culinary delights in the kitchen with her husband and 15-year-old daughter.

Mr. Owens is Building Engineer with Flagship Healthcare Properties. David is responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of River Stone medical Complex in Blue Ridge, GA.
Prior to joining Flagship Healthcare Properties, David was a lead service Tech for AeroCare DME company where he set up, serviced, and trouble shot, oxygen and home medical equipment.
David is originally from Michigan but moved to Georgia for 10 years while he was serving in the Army.

Davis joined the Flagship team as an Analyst, supporting the Asset Management team. He is responsible for supporting the firm's REIT valuation model, along with providing analysis for the REIT in current and potential investments.
Prior to joining Flagship Healthcare Properties, Davis worked as an Intern at Wells Fargo where he supported the Investment Real Estate Advisory group as a part of their Middle Market Banking division.

Mr. Benge serves as vice president of project and construction management for Flagship Healthcare Properties. Garrett leads the firm's project management department. He brings extensive healthcare project management and construction expertise to the firm, having completed many projects in both the acute care setting and outpatient capacity.
Prior to joining the firm, Garrett spent 6 years with Novant Health's construction team. During his time at Novant, Garrett oversaw numerous multi-million dollar projects and managed all of the outpatient construction for Novant Health's Charlotte region.
Garrett holds a degree in Healthcare Administration and has deep roots in the construction industry. Prior to joining Novant, he was involved in a family-owned construction business with a more than 30 year history that has positively impacted numerous Charlotte-area cities.
Born and raised in Davie County, Garrett has lived in Charlotte, NC since 2014. He enjoys spending time with his wife, and being a father to his son. In his spare time he also enjoys big game hunting, riding his Harley-Davidson, and traveling the U.S.

Mr. Quattlebaum is the executive vice president of acquisitions for Flagship Healthcare Properties. Gerald is a native of West Palm Beach, Florida and now lives in Charlotte with his wife and four children.

Ms. Nelson joined Flagship Healthcare Properties Central Region as a Facilities Manager in February 2021. She manages the day-to-day operations for the portfolio of a 3rd party client, Palmetto Infusion in NC/SC/GA and AL. Gina currently resides in the mountains of Asheville and is originally from Washington, D.C.
She has been in property management for 25 years and has managed commercial, industrial, retail, residential and healthcare properties. She has managed properties for Wells Fargo, ECPI College of Technology, the IRS and many more over the years. She most recently worked with Mission Healthcare providing leasing and property management services throughout Western North Carolina. Prior to Mission, she worked with Main Street Capital in Charlotte as the Senior Property Manager of a 1.2 million SF portfolio where she gained extensive knowledge in project management.
When not working, she enjoys hiking, skiing, traveling and live concerts and has one grown son.

J. Brannen Edge was appointed Chief Executive Officer for Flagship Healthcare Trust and its manager, Flagship Healthcare Properties in 2021. Brannen remains President and Managing Partner, serving in this capacity since 2013. Brannen works closely with the company's lines of business to advance the company's operational and strategic goals.
Prior to joining Flagship Healthcare Properties and predecessor firm Flagship Capital Partners in 2006, Brannen was a Vice President in the commercial banking group at BB&T. After BB&T, he earned his M.B.A. from UNC's Kenan-Flagler Business School, where he graduated as a member of Beta Gamma Sigma with dual concentrations in Finance and Real Estate. Brannen is also a former Chairman (2016) of the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce SouthPark Area Board of Advisors.

Before that, she was executive administrator at another healthcare real estate investment trust (REIT). She has also worked in a variety of industries including finance, investments, defeasance, residential appraisal management, staffing, print marketing, skincare and professional sports.

Jarrett McGuire joined Flagship Healthcare Properties as the Lead Technician for the OrthoCarolina portfolio in 2019. He became Chief Engineer in 2021. Jarrett is responsible for overseeing the facilities for over 25 OrthoCarolina practices in North Carolina and South Carolina. Prior to joining our team, Jarrett worked in facility maintenance for both Lincoln Harris and Airtight Facilitech. He has over 15 years of experience in the areas of building equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, project management, and property management.
In his previous life, Jarrett worked as a machinist with various race teams in the Nascar circuit. His team earned a 2007 Busch Grand National Championship win and he was part of two Daytona 500 winning race teams.
Jarrett is originally from Louisville Kentucky but has lived in the Concord area for the last 40 years. Jarrett is happily married has two sons that are ages 4 and 8. In his spare time Jarrett enjoys riding dirt bikes, playing the drums, and cheering on the Carolina Panthers.

Jarrett Todd joined Flagship in July 2021. Jarrett started his work career as an electrician where he worked in residential and commercial settings dealing with low voltage and high voltage electrical. He then continued the next 20 years at Bellsouth/AT&T becoming a specialist in copper and fiber splicing and installation maintenance. The last couple years he's been working at Clario's in Mechanical maintenance and environmental maintenance working with bag houses and overhead air systems.
He is a Father to 4 daughters (including a set of twins) and 2 sons. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his kids and entertaining friends.

Mrs. Blanks is Director of Marketing for Flagship Healthcare Properties. In this role she is responsible for development and implementation of the firm's brand strategy. Joli focuses her efforts on planning, development and implementation of company-wide marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, internal and external. She oversees design and production of support materials and services for all business lines in the area of marketing, communications and public relations.
