We had new garage doors installed back in 2021. The glass windows did not match and there were scratches and dents in the doors. We have been waiting for over a year to get these problems addressed. Still waiting. Don't use this company, but if you do make sure you withhold full payment. We are still holding half the payment. This has been the worst and most frustrating experience we have had with any home construction we have done. The salesman was great and responsive and tried to help us, but to no avail. Bottom line I will not recommend this company. I finally went to the shop. Dale had paint mixed for the scratches and sent to the house. This was positive but we are still waiting for the correct glass to match.
Incredible service. Dale and Anthony responded quickly to my request and had my garage door working again in a few minutes. They were very professional and worked with smiles on their faces in sub zero temperatures. I would highly recommend Precision. I am now a customer for life. Thank you Precision!

Stephen Beck was so efficient and helpful. I highly recommend him and Precision Door. I called at 5pm on Tuesday evening and Stephen was here at 11am the following morning. They were great communicating and texted to confirm and again to let me know when he was 30 minutes away. Very efficient and even offered to change my burnt out bulb when he was checking the motor. Five stars +++

Tom did a good job repairing the door. HOWEVER I can't say the same for office and sales dept. I received a garbled voice mail from somebody that my door parts had arrived and to call and schedule the install. I had to go through 4 different people at 3 different #'s to get to the right person who called. This took 2 days to accomplish. Nobody seemed to know what was going on at all. I called the sales person and he knew nothing about it. At that time I asked him to also put some door seal on the job because the old one was damaged beyond repair. Apparently it went in one ear and out the other. I am now stuck with another service call to get that fixed. Which I am reluctant to pay. It sound to me that there is a gross disconect among office staff and sales staff. Sounds like maybe a lack of training or something. Tom was great(install tech) rest???????
Thomas was quick to assess the issue and was able to correct the problem with the rollers on the door. He even took the time to fix a few other items that he saw from the prior tech when the door and opener was installed. Thomas was very knowledgeable and patient to even stay a bit longer as we tested the unit. We were very satisfied with Thomas' service.
Tom was thorough, friendly and professional. He inspected 21 doors in detail and provided feedback for each door. I appreciate him coming out Tom did a great job!

Excellent work. The torsion springs broke on late Saturday evening and I was able to go to the website and immediately schedule an appointment for the next day - Sunday. The Tech, Mr. Thomas Brunett showed up right on time and replaced our old Craftsman system which was a poor operating system and replaced it with a modern quiet garage door system, which is excellent. Mr. Brunett was very friendly and professional and worked under the extreme heat today of 97 degrees in the garage, and he installed the new system in a very timely manner. Our new garage door system works great. Mr. Burnett also answered questions about weather stripping the current garage door and pricing options on a new better insulated garage door. Great work by Mr. Burnett and Overhead Garage Precision Door Service.
Tom seemed honest. I don't agree with your prices and your down payment. Not everyone is a crook.
Thomas was great. Unfortunately the wrong tech was sent this morning, we needed a commercial door tech. Fortunately I had another property with a door problem so he was able to go to that job. When the commercial door tech showed up, our springs were bigger than what he had in their truck as well as inventory in their shop. Still have a broken door, will send full review once fixed. Techs were great and good customer service, only unfortunate thing was inventory available to do the job.
Tom was on time & fixed our issue quickly. Very happy with his work!

Our specialist, William Walker, arrived on time and quickly determined that our sensor had been accidentally kicked and needed replacement. Mr. Walker is competent, hard working, and immediately fixed the problem. He also turned out to be just an amazing human being. I don't know about the other employees with Precision, but I can say that if they are anything like Specialist Walker, then Precision Door is top notch.
