Techspert Systems was established in 2003. Previously, the owner became a certified A+ computer technician in 1999, and proved his skill troubleshooting countless hardware, OS (including NT 4), Internet, and network issues. In 2002 the owner achieved certification as a Systems Engineer and started work on server installation, administration, troubleshooting, and optimizing. We started off as specialists in Microsoft Small Business Server in Vancouver, BC (SBS 2000), but also served the home-based business market, with a focus on Real Estate. Our aim was to make business workstation computers secure, stable, optimized (efficient), and trouble-free. Techspert Systems became a registered Microsoft Partner and so expanded our knowledge of Microsoft solutions and troubleshooting (and we are still a Partner in good standing)... Since moving to Edmonton in 2008, the owner has served in a Technology Advisor role at a leading polytechnic college, has supported a number of small business..
