Before his promotion to Co-President of Specialty Appliance, Blayne worked as Specialty's Vice President of Sales for over seven years where he oversaw significant volume and sales team growth. Prior to Specialty Appliance, Blayne was a Vice President of Sales for appliance manufacturer Dacor, where he worked with many of Dacor's largest retail dealers. Before Dacor, Blayne held positions with Sears Holdings, most notably as President of Westar Kitchen & Bath in Arizona and Nevada. Blayne's 26 years in the appliance industry with retail, manufacturer, and dealer experience give him a unique perspective of the inter-workings of the appliance industry.
In addition to running Specialty Appliance's operations, Blayne supports various industry associations including several Home Builder Associations, the Home Builder's Foundation, the National Kitchen & Bath Association, and Habitat for Humanity.
When he's not busy with work, Blayne enjoys the great outdoors and all the activities Colorado has to offer including skiing, mountain biking, dirt biking, and golf.

Bob joined R&D Thiel as a Labor Estimator in 1987 and later, in 1996, managed the Wall Panel Design Department before taking on the role of VP of Component Design in 2005. His vision allowed him to improve production time and processes and promote unity and reliable interdependency across the wall panel and truss design departments, as well as serve as a liaison between sales, estimating, scheduling, and production. By 2018, Bob's dedication to R&D Thiel's mission paired with his crucial contribution to the growth and success of the company earned him the position of Illinois Division President.
In February of 2022, Bob was promoted to Corporate President of Carpenter Contractors of America, Inc. Rounding out 35 years, Bob has navigated the company through times of uncertainty and times of great success finding tremendous value in both. Before joining CCA, Bob was a Project Manager for Sente, Hanrath & Rubel Architects in Northbrook, IL for seven years. Additionally, Bob works closely with Folds of Honor, Habitat for Humanity, and other community programs to house those most in need.

Prior to that, Bret served as the Turnkey Framing Manager of Building Materials & Construction Solutions (BMC) and various management positions of increasing responsibility at 84 Lumber.

Charles serves as President of Sunrise Builders Supply.
Charley began his career at Georgia-Pacific where he performed various roles including Product Manager, Outside Sales, Senior product Manager, and eventually National Account Product Manager. After spending 10 years at Georgia-Pacific, Charles then worked at Boise Cascade in Outside Sales and product management until acquiring Sunrise Builders Supply in 2014 and assuming the role as President.
Over the years, Charles has been very active in the building materials industry and has been involved in many industry associations including the Home Builders Association of North Mississippi, the West Tennessee Home Builders Association, Associated Builders and Contractors, and the LBM Advantage Forest Products Committee.
Charles graduated from Mississippi State University with a BBA in Marketing.

Charley serves as President of Miller Lumber Company.
Charley began his career at Miller Lumber as a child clearing the office and pulling weeds. When he turned 15, Charley was officially put on Miller's payroll and he started working in the lumber yard stocking and cleaning up. In 1987, Charley became the General Manager of Miller and then President upon his father's death in 2001. Throughout his 37 years of working at Miller Lumber, Charley has performed nearly all of the job functions at the company, giving him a unique perspective to the family business operations and the building materials industry.
Over the years, Charley has been very active in his community and has been involved in many organizations including the Central Oregon Community College Board, Bend Chamber of Commerce Board, Central Oregon Builders Association board, and many others. Within the industry, Charley served on the board of the Western building Materials Association for 30 years with one year as President.
When he is not busy serving the community and running Miller Lumber, Charley enjoys spending time with his family and the many recreational activities that Central Oregon has to offer.

Prior to his many management roles within the building materials industry, Chris earned his Bachelors degree from the University of Nebraska Omaha and his Masters in Management from Bellevue University, also in Nebraska.
Chris began his career while still at school at Sutherland Lumber in Omaha as well as in the Marine Corps Reserve. The organizational and relationship skills he learned there launched a career of many diverse management roles across multiple industries.

Born and raised in Colorado, Cody began his career in the industry at the age of 16 working front counter, shop, delivery, and eventually as Assistant Manager for Golden Concrete Supply (Aggregate Industries) in Longmont, CO. He then moved on to roles in commercial and residential concrete, serving nine years as General Manager at Four Star Foundations LLC and then as a Project Manager for SCD Corporation. 26 years of work experience in the industry has provided many opportunities for Cody to learn from multiple angles as a supplier and a customer, both in the field and in the office.
Cody joined the Barton Supply team in 2012, working as an Account Manager/Outside Sales. He then moved into the roles of Sales Manager and Director of Sales before being promoted to the role of President in 2023.
Aside from his role at Barton, Cody serves and contributes to several local charitable organizations including the Barton Adopt-A-Family charity, Mile High Down Syndrome Association, and several school and faith-based organizations in the area. He spends his free time with his wife and three children, follows Colorado sports teams as well as the Yankees, and assists in coaching his son's baseball team.

He assisted the company in substantial capacity expansion early in his tenure with Sun Mountain and then helped the company successfully navigate the economic/housing downturn of 2008-2012. Ed was promoted to General Manager of the firm in 2013. During her career at Kodiak in this position, Jenny has led the mergers and acquisitions HR diligence and integrations for all acquisitions since 2017 and has been a key player in building Kodiak's HR department and establishing best practices. She also is accredited for implementing a new payroll system and application tracking system for Kodiak HQ and the operating companies across the nation. Jenny was promoted to Senior Director of Human Resources at Kodiak in November of 2022 and then to VP of the department in August 2023.
Prior to her career at Kodiak, Jenny worked as the HR Manager at the Latin American Youth Center, a non-profit organization committed to meeting youth's immediate needs and providing virtual program services and supports such as safe housing, food, mental health, and virtual learning opportunities. Before this position, Jenny found her passion for the building materials industry through her job as an HR Generalist for TW Perry, where she oversaw all aspects of the HR function and initiatives for multiple branches and lines of business. She also spearheaded the HR portion of four manufacturing acquisitions, assisted with change management while onboarding, and acclimated employees to the evolving company culture.

As a veteran of the building materials and construction industry, Kevin's career began at an early age with Medallion. He progressed his way through various leadership positions, ultimately taking on the role of President in 2021.
Kevin joined Medallion Industries in 1997 and quickly established himself as an invaluable member of Outside Sales while learning systems management and vendor software integration. In 2017, Kevin was promoted to Inside Sales Manager where he established policies and procedures that streamlined functionality between departments while overseeing significant initiatives, including the development and implementation of an incentive program for the department. Kevin then began working with Senior Management on a transition plan in 2019, assuming the role of President in 2021.

Monte is the Director of Marketing for Kodiak Building Partners and leads Kodiak's Marketing department, which supports our corporate headquarters and operating units in all marketing functions. This includes strategy, branding, promotional campaigns, digital and social advertising, website design, and competitive analysis.
Prior to joining Kodiak in July 2022, Monte led marketing teams for local, regional, and national brands in multiple industries throughout the United States. Those brands include Frazee, Kwal, Color Wheel, and Parker in the paint industry, Old Chicago and Logan's Roadhouse in the restaurant industry, and American Crew in the men's haircare industry. Monte has also worked in the advertising industry on brands such as Burger King, Scotts, Elements Massage, and Coors.
Monte earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Iowa. He earned his Masters Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing Management from DePaul University while working in the advertising industry in Chicago.
Family and the community are very important to Monte as he has served as a youth basketball coach in Golden, Colorado and supports the Denver Rescue Mission. If he's not thinking about how to create more awareness and sales for our operating units, Monte loves watching his children play soccer and rock climb. If a golf course is open, he'll play anywhere and anytime no matter the conditions.

Moreen is responsible for the effective and consistent coordination and delivery of HR business processes and procedures, Kodiak-wide, with a primary focus on HRIS payroll and benefits.
Moreen has four decades of leadership, operations, and process improvement experience spanning two industries: building materials and financial services. Prior to joining Kodiak in 2019, she began her career in the building materials industry in 2001 at New England Building Supply (NEBS) in Boston, Massachusetts. During her tenure at NEBS, she managed multiple facets of the business and saw the company through two acquisitions.
Prior to her career in the building materials industry, Moreen held a 13-year career with Putnam Investments in Boston, Massachusetts. She held several positions throughout her time at Putnam and was credited for her keen sense of process improvement and employee development. As Senior Vice President, Director of Participant Services she managed a 225-person multi-site, multishift call center and a Training & Development Team in the Defined Contribution division. Moreen was also employed as Operations Manager with The Boston Company and Boston Financial Data Services before her tenure with Putnam.
Today, Moreen works remotely from the "Gateway to Cape Cod" in Massachusetts.

A veteran of the building materials and construction supply industry, Don was introduced to the family business at an early age. After working summers at Barton Supply and graduating college, Don began his career at Barton in 1985 as a residential estimator. Throughout the years, Don held various responsibilities at the company including setting up the rebar fabrication yard, integrating computers into the estimating process, dispatch, purchasing, and inside and outside sales until he was named President in 2009.
While holding leadership positions at Barton and Kodiak, Don was involved in multiple school and church boards. He received a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Walla Walla University.
