Bill Gerard

Bill brings over 26 years of experience in Medical Device Contract Manufacturing, most recently as President of Carlisle's Contract Manufacturing group (formerly Providien Medical). Prior to Carlisle and Providien, Bill worked at The Tech Group, a medical device CMO with locations across the United States, Latin America, Europe and Asia. During his tenure at The Tech Group, Bill held positions of increasing responsibility, including Managing Director of Tech Group Latin America, Vice President of Engineering, and finally as Vice President of Operations, helping lead the organization through their acquisition by West Pharmaceutical.

Matthew Giza

Matt joined the Company in 2022 from Interstate Specialty Products, a converter of specialty materials for the Life Sciences and Medical markets. He has more than 25 years of experience in a variety of high-tech businesses utilized in manufacturing complex electromechanical medical devices, specialized components, and capital equipment. Matt's career has encompassed all facets of customer engagement, organizational development, operations, and value creation. Matt previously served for 10 years as Executive Vice President & General Manager for Cogmedix and helped build a well-recognized, high-growth medical device contract engineering and manufacturing company. Earlier, Matt served as Director of Sales & Marketing for Zygo's Optical Systems Division, where he led a successful diversification strategy into Life Sciences. He was also Director, Worldwide Sales & Service for GSI Group (now Novanta) and led global sales and services for optical scanning and encoder products. Matt earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Master of Business Administration from Clark University.

Michael W. Kilday

Michael joined the company in 2021 and is a leader with experience at both medical device OEMs and CMO's. He has deep know-how in developing Quality Organizations and improving Quality Management Systems to ensure compliance with FDA and international requirements. He also has hands-on expertise in engineering, new product development, and operational quality. His skill ensures Quality is a competitive advantage that drives patient safety and customer satisfaction. His work delivers continuous improvement in process, cost, and quality across diverse cultures and geographies, with in-depth knowledge of design controls, production processes, CAPA, post-market compliance, auditing, and supplier controls. His past roles include Meridian Bioscience as Director, QA and RA; Medtronic as Head of Design Quality and Post-Market Compliance; Vention Medical as Vice President, QA and RA; and Nypro as Senior Director, QA and Regulatory Compliance. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from the University of Lowell, and a Master's Certification for Medical Device Regulatory Affairs from Northeastern University. He also has Regulatory Affairs Certification from the Regulatory Affairs Professional Society.

Raymond Parvin

Ray joined the Company in 2023 from Weavr Health where he was Global Vice President, Operations leading a mid-stage start-up producing IVDR single-use medical devices in support of patient health assays. He has more than 25 years of experience leading high-volume manufacturing operations producing single-use surgical instruments, medical coatings, and electronic technology power solutions. Previously, Ray served as Vice President & General Manager of private-equity owned Precision Coating Company serving global health care and medical device companies providing automated coating, and value-added services for single-use medical devices in the cardiovascular and neurology markets. Ray started his career with Smith & Nephew Endoscopy and later joined Vicor Corporation in Operations and introduced Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing tools to improve efficiency and quality. Ray holds a Certificate from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business SBIA Executive Development Program and Six Sigma and World Class Manufacturing Certificates from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Ray also served in the U.S. Marine Corps for 4 years and was a Squad Leader 2nd Battalion 6th Marines.

Robert A. Olsen

Rob came to the Company as Vice President, Sales & Marketing in 2017 from Nexcore Technology with more than 25 years of experience in the medical device outsourcing industry and was promoted to his current role in 2020. Most of his experience has been focused on business development across a broad spectrum of electronic and disposable medical devices, where he has developed and executed strategies that have led to significant growth. Rob's previous role was at Vention Medical, where as Vice President, Business Development he led a team responsible for identifying, securing, growing, and retaining business that helped create substantial value and resulted in a successful exit event for shareholders. Earlier, he served as Vice President, Business Development at Flextronics International, and as Director, Business Development at Nypro. Rob earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Boston University and a Master of Business Administration from Nichols College.
