Rance was the the 3rd Realtor that we engaged to sell our home in Anaheim, it had been more than 7 months on the market so we thought there were just no buyers out there. Rance checked out the property and then recommended about 5-6 pretty simple fixes for the property which I was able to do myself in about a week. Rance made sure the house looked its best by hiring people to stage the house (even though we were still living there). He had a strategy to sell the place and he kept us in the loop the whole time. Long story short - after the house Grand Opening weekend, he was able to put a deal (and a backup deal) together within 2 weeks and the house was sold. Short and VERY sweet!...
