Chris Beardsley

Chris Beardsley has worked in real estate sales and marketing since 2000 and has been a member of the Red Ledges team since 2011. Licensed in five states, his experience includes sales executive positions throughout the west from Texas up to northern Idaho. Chris grew up in Arizona, graduated from the University of Arizona and currently resides in Park City with his wife Haley, daughter Charlotte and son Samuel.

Chris Maddox

Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Chris Maddox joined the Red Ledges team early in the development stages of the community in 2009 and has successfully closed over 300 property transactions in the community. Chris and his family purchased property in Red Ledges and live in the community full time. He and his wife Stefanie have two daughters, Brooklyn and Sofia, and one son, Owen. They enjoy many of the outdoor recreational activities that Red Ledges offers, including golf, skiing, tennis, horseback riding, and hiking. Prior to working at Red Ledges, Chris served as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Crystal Sands, a luxury beachfront development on the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica. His career also includes working as a sales executive with master planned resort-style communities in North Carolina, Maryland, and Belize.

Christine Paramore Fielding

Christine Paramore Fielding has been in the real estate industry for over 13 years with an emphasis on new construction and luxury resort communities. A native of Salt Lake City, she has loved helping those from all over the world feel at home in Utah. She counts her lasting relationships with her clients, children and grandchildren among her biggest blessings. In her free time, you can catch Christine spending time with her family and friends outdoors.

Cliff Drysdale Tennis

Red Ledges is home to one of the most scenic private tennis clubs in the Park City region. Members can play 3 sets and enjoy winding down at the swimming pool, spa, or relax with beverages at The Red Ledges Clubhouse. All are a short walk from the luxury mountain homes in our vibrant master planned community. Joining 31 other locations across the country, The Cliff Drysdale Tennis School at Red Ledges is the first high-altitude tennis school offered by U.S. Open doubles champion and ESPN commentator Cliff Drysdale. Under the direction of his world-renowned company, the school provides Red Ledges members with a host of offerings, including private tennis lessons, group clinics, community tournaments and international exhibitions, all with our picturesque Wasatch Mountain setting as a one-of-a-kind backdrop.

Cynthia Wilcox

Cynthia is originally from Chicago but has lived in the Heber Valley for over 20 years. During that time, she has worked several years in the Utah real estate industry. Initially as a part-owner of a residential loan origination company, she spent countless hours helping families purchase the homes they wanted. After taking a few years off to be a mother to her six children, she managed a real estate law firm office before taking the opportunity to work at Red Ledges in their sales and marketing department. Now as an agent, she again has the satisfaction of helping families find the perfect home in a more personal way. When not working at Red Ledges, Cynthia is most likely found hiking, kayaking or otherwise outdoors with her husband, Jason and her children.

Eric Gingras

Originally from Virginia, Eric Gingras migrated west to pursue his obsession of big mountain snow skiing. Eric purchased property at Red Ledges in 2010 and was one of the first to build a home in the community, which he moved into in 2012 (the 3rd full time resident of Red Ledges!). He has held executive level Marketing and Sales positions in multiple Fortune 500 Companies that allowed him to reside near a hub airport, so he is intimately familiar with the easy drive to SLC. Eric has bought here, built here and lives here - so he is well versed in the Red Ledges property, culture and lifestyle. This experience makes him ideally suited to help you understand the community and find your dream property or home!

Jeneé Hibler

Jenee Hibler has worked in the real estate industry for over 14 years. She most recently worked in the HOA Management realm with the firm that manages Red Ledges' property owners association; she is CMCA and AMS certified within that industry. Her back-of-house experience with the community and its stakeholders makes her a great resource for Red Ledges owners and prospects, and her avid love of golf (especially at Red Ledges - although she admits to a deep desire to go to the Masters tournament) makes her a great lifestyle and club resource, too. Jenee grew up in Utah, enjoys wellness activities and outdoor pursuits including hiking and paddle boarding with her husband Chad and their son Cam.

Joe Carter - VP of Sales

Joe Carter, Red Ledges Realty's new Vice President of Sales, began his career at Atlanta's prestigious Piedmont Driving Club and worked his way to General Manager of private clubs in the Southeast. He moved from club operations to leading a team of 10 agents managing over 400 listings at Reynolds Plantation in Lake Oconee, Georgia. Most recently, Joe was Director of Real Estate Sales at Whitetail Club in McCall, Idaho, where he oversaw all real estate sales activities in his role as designated broker. In addition to his real estate credentials, Joe is also a certified Community Association Manager. His well-rounded perspective on private club communities and his broker experience make him a great asset to the Red Ledges Realty team.

Michael Topp

Michael Topp moved here from Florida where he taught tennis at various clubs where he worked his way up to head-pro before having the opportunity to come to Utah and to Red Ledges. His love of travel - and of tennis - made the decision an easy one for Michael and his wife, Carrie, who is a nurse in the Heber area. When Michael isn't on the court, he enjoys cooking healthy meals and exploring his new home state, Utah. A natural problem solver with an easy smile and welcoming demeanor both on and off the court makes Michael a welcome addition to the Red Ledges team.

Mike Wood

Mike Wood was born and raised in Ogden, Utah. He joined the Red Ledges Sales team in 2014. He is a graduate of Weber State University with a BS in Technical Sales and Marketing. His career in Sales and Marketing has made him a successful businessman and a great addition to our team. Mike resides in Red Ledges with his wife Shana, three sons Devan, Ethan and Austin and two daughters Ashlee and Whitney. Mike enjoys golf, tennis, coaching basketball, camping and the outdoors.

Mitchel A. Burns - COO

Job Titles:

Mitchel A. Burns, Chief Operating Officer of Red Ledges, oversees property and club operations for the private mountain community. His focus is on the strategic development plan, including real estate and amenity expansion efforts. Mitchel also manages the sales and marketing teams as well as important partner relationships with Jack Nicklaus, Jim McLean, Troon Golf, Cliff Drysdale and the St. Regis Deer Valley®. Prior to his integral role at Red Ledges, Mitchel managed development projects in Mesquite, Nevada, for Burns Holdings, the parent company of Red Ledges. He oversaw the construction of a movie theater complex complete with restaurant sites along with the redevelopment of a truck stop and cafe site. Earlier in his career, Mitchel worked for more than 15 years in the computer software industry. Most recently, Mitchel was instrumental in bringing to market Inrix's real-time and predictive traffic information system, which is used by leading navigation and traffic solution providers such as Cobra, BMW, MapQuest and TCS. Mitchel was also part of the Pacific Edge Software team that designed and developed a leading portfolio management solution used by Fortune 500 companies to monitor and manage all aspects of a company's initiative. In addition, he worked for IMG and established and managed the firm's Seattle office, which provided customized software and training services for Microsoft and other clients. Mitchel earned a bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University.

Nolan D. Archibald

Nolan D. Archibald, Co-Owner of Red Ledges, is Executive Chairman of the Board of Stanley Black & Decker, a $13 billion diversified global provider of hand tools, power tools and related accessories, mechanical access solutions, electronic security solutions, engineered fastening systems, and more. Born in Ogden, Utah, Nolan was an All-American basketball player at Dixie State College and an Academic All American at Weber State University.

Rex McGuire

Rex McGuire leads the Red Ledges Construction team as a home building professional with over 20 years of construction, development and operations experience. Some of his experience includes; construction management, land planning and development, product development, customer service and green building technology. Rex has spent his career defining home building excellence with private and public home builders throughout California, Nevada, and Utah. He combines industry expertise with a strong history of success to deliver an exceptional home building experience for every Red Ledges property owner.

Todd R. Cates - CFO

Todd R. Cates is the Chief Financial Officer for Red Ledges. He leads finance and government relations for the community. He spent nearly 10 years with Fidelity Investments in different positions after attending Brigham Young University. As the first employee and initial Project Manager for Red Ledges, Todd was responsible for the original modeling, pro formas and all other aspects of the start of the community. He oversaw the planning and engineering of the development, city and county negotiations and entitlements, negotiating the contracts with partners such as Nicklaus, Troon and others, banking and financial relationships, formation of HOA and club documents, establishing Red Ledges Realty, Club and Homebuilding, etc.

Tony Burns - CEO

Tony Burns, managing partner of Red Ledges, is Chairman Emeritus of the Board of Directors of Ryder System, Inc., a FORTUNE 500® commercial transportation, logistics and supply chain management solutions company. Raised in Mesquite, Nev., Tony Burns earned a bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of California - Berkeley. Burns presently serves on the board of directors of the Huntsman Corporation and is a life trustee of the University of Miami Board of Trustees. Formerly he served on the boards of directors of Pfizer Inc., Stanley Black & Decker, J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., and J.C. Penney Company, Inc.
